Only real complaint is you cannot see the water level from the front - only the side.

Decided to try the Keurig coffee maker and so glad I did. I am hooked. Its fast, coffee tastes great and the brushed gold color is a plus.

This replaced an older Keurig model that had stopped working. My wife is the coffee drinker, and she loves this one.

I’ve always used a Bunn coffee maker, but have drastically reduced the amount of coffee I drink so this was a natural choice. Works exceptionally well and I’m very pleased with it. Especially the iced coffee feature.

Super easy to use, does everything we want. I do wish I could see the water reservoir from the front but ill live without it

This was my first Keurig purchase, having always enjoyed fresh grind brew over kcup. The Elite 75 oz reservoir and Hot Water feature made this an instant hit, appealing to coffee or tea lovers alike. So quick and convenient.

Easy to use. Setup was minimal. Makes really great coffee and tea. Plus, it warms up super fast, especially when I'm in between calls for work.

Bought as a wedding gift! They love it! 2 years in and it’s still going strong, the pot and the marriage!

I love coffee in all forms but mostly iced coffee. My old Keurig quit working so I went on the hunt for a new one. I inevitably chose thise one because of the iced coffee function. It was the right choice! I love this Keurig.

Beyond spoiled with my new Keurig. I absolutely love the convenience of the machine. Perfectly pours what you need and brews to perfection. I love it. With so many k-cup options to brew such as flavored coffee, and teas.

It makes my mornings so much easier. Getting my coffee quickly to get me out the door faster, is great. It also has an iced coffee feature, which is awesome!

I love it. It definitely has more features then my prior one and easier to use.

This is a great Keurig coffee maker. I had a Keurig years ago. I needed another one & decided on this model. So far I’m very pleased with it & haven’t had any issues. I consider this a great buy for me.

Water reservoir is difficult to remove/replace. Other than that it works great.

I was resistant to getting a pod coffee system but am thrilled with a quick cup of great coffee almost instantly.

Very good machine overall. I bought this one because it has a single spike for water. This makes using reusable pods easier. Works very well with Beau Capsules.

Was excited to buy this beautiful coffee maker in Brushed Copper to match my other copper appliances. Unfortunately from the start, there were issues. Directions left a lot out, though having had Keurigs before, I figured it out. There is an option to set water temperature from 187° up to 192°. As I like hot coffee I chose the 192°. I did the cleaning brew cycle set for 8 ounces, however I noticed there was no steam coming off the water and instead of 8 oz, I only got 6 oz. The water temp was only 154° per 2 thermometers. I repeated the cleaning brew cycle again and the same thing happened. 6 oz and 154°. This morning I tried to brew a cup of regular coffee with a K pod and utilized the 10 oz setting, making sure the temperature was set for 192°. Instead of 10 oz of coffee, I barely got 8 oz, the temperature of my coffee per 2 thermometers registered in at 172°, not even making it up to their lowest temperature setting of 187°. Not only that, the coffee was extremely watered down. I threw out the coffee and attempted a second time, getting much the same results as the first. So basically, I wasted 2 pods of coffee and ended up with a lot of disappointing frustration. I contacted Keurig over the phone, and got a representative I could barely understand. He took my information and told me we could troubleshoot the issues, but that he had to figure out how to do that, and placed me on hold which after 10 minutes, it disconnected me. I contacted Keurig back a second time, and got someone whose accent was so thick that I couldn't understand her, nor could she understand English. She was not sure of some of our English alphabets, how to spell them, or how to pronounce them, and it took almost 5 minutes for her to understand how to spell my name, which is very easy to begin with. She repeated herself numerous times and I finally got so frustrated, I hung up the phone. I called Keurig back a 3rd time, and demanded to speak with a representative in the United States. Once that happened, the call went smoothly. She walked me through the steps of troubleshooting the issues of low water temperature, not filling up to the amount of ounces needed, and weak, watered down coffee. Unfortunately, none of those troubleshooting steps took care of the 3 issues, and so it was deemed by the representative the coffee maker was indeed defective. My options were to start the replacement/return proceedings through Keurig, or to take the coffee maker back to Best Buy telling them it was found to be defective. As I have had numerous different Keurig coffee maker models before, I know all too well that they have issues with proper water temperature and if they have problems in the very beginning, brand new out of the box like this one is, they will continue to get worse. Sadly this coffee maker will be going back to the store and I will never purchase another Keurig again. They just aren't dependable, and it's a gamble as to if it will work well, or for how long. Way too expensive for these consistent issues.
