Easy to use. Great cup of coffee every time, and I love the cold coffee feature.

This is my 3rd Keurig coffeemaker I am not liking the new design and it isn’t as well made as the others I have had in the past For one thing, to see the water level you have to walk around to the side to check it The older models had the water level visible from the front The other issue that I don’t like is that the top of the water tank has to be taken completely off to fill The older models had a 2part lid so you could just lift the front of the lid to fill with water without taking the whole lid off I won’t be buying another one when this one wears out

Really like this Keurig. Husband bought it for me because he knows I like iced coffee.

Our 10 year Keurig was able to tell us BEFORE you started a cup of coffee that water needed to be added, this one will make a half a cup and stop without prior notice, otherwise a good appliance. Another note, why remove the clear front to see what the water level is, ours site in a corner and the lid has to be removed to check the water level.

Upgraded my coffee maker. Love the hot n cold option with this model and the removable water dispenser.

Bought as a Christmas gift. Mom loved it! Makes ice coffee too!

This is our second one, the last one made it for five years. This heats up much faster and it seems that the water comes out hotter. A good choice for the money.

The Keurig works great!, this was a replacement from the one I had that quit after 8 years of daily use. The features on this unit are actually useful, it has 5 cup sizes, strong, hot water and even an ice mode. The appearance of this copper unit looks good on any counter and blends in nicely. However there are a few areas that could be improved upon. For instance, the controls are located on top making it harder to see, they should have angled it so it would be easier to see. Also - to fill the water tank you have to remove the whole lid instead of having a hinged lid to lift up. Other than that.. I'm very happy with it and the coffee always perfect.

Worth the money. Would definitely recommend this Keurig.

This Keurig model is the 3rd one I've owned and it's by far the best. The number of cup sizes is a plus. My favorite thing is the temperature control setting. Also it's tall enough to hold my travel mugs.

I had an older Keurig. But I had to add water often. It's still a good product, but this one really shows how much Keurig has improved. This K-Elite is beautiful. I love the brushed copper color that you can only get thru Best Buy. It is such an elegant looking color. The water reservoir gives me more cups of coffee without changing it so often. It also has a button for iced coffee which is a plus for me. Also I like that it has a 2 hour shut off time.

easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. Could be priced a little better though in my opinion.

This is the next model from what I had . I like the fa t you can turn on, place a k cup in , hit what size you want and walk away it will start brew when warmed up

I bought this to compliment my copper accents in my kitchen but this is not a brushed copper it more like a rose gold. Other than that I haven’t had any issues with it. Delivery was quick
