    Haven’t tried it yet, but be warned they ship in original packaging so no surprises if your spouse gets the package. :(

    The only thing i don't like about this coffee machine, is you have pushed a button on top of the machine to warm up your water in the revisor, if you want a cup of coffee. No paperwork came with the machine, I called Keurig, they told me, just to look it up on their site. Also I went back to Best Buy, to see if they could get me some instructions, for this coffee Machine, they told me the same thing Keeurig did.

    Not bad. The base is removable for larger cups. If I had it to do over I probably would have bought a skinnier one since this takes up a lot of counter space.

    Keurig reservoir leaking

    Sadly, this coffee pot didn't work out so well. the reservoir started leaking while the unit wasn't being used. I had the store warranty as well as GEEK squad protection allowing me to return the unit for replacement,

    THE LAST KEURIG MODEL YOU WANT TO BUY

    1. Opaque front of water reservoir makes is difficulty to determine the water level. 2. Water reservoir is too small -- almost requiring fillup with every cup of coffee brewed 3. Control buttons directly on top of unit making them invisible if unit located on countertop beneath wall unit handing cabinets 4. Uni control buttons should be more slanted to permit vistion from directly in front of the units as opposed to standing directly above the unit

    Ready to go back to traditional coffee maker

    This is my second, and worst, Keurig coffee maker. The first one also purchased at Best Buy had so many issues I had to get rid of it. This one I've only had and used for about 3 months and now after the first descaling the coffee tastes horrible. The Descale light never came on after three months of heavy use so I'm assuming it is broken so I descaled it yesterday. A nightmare. After following the directions, which I'm used to by now, I had to do several more cleansing brews to get rid of the cloudy water. That was yesterday and today none of the coffee brews taste good and it took several more tanks of water to finally get clear water. However each cup of water has some residue in it that can be seen floating on top of the water. After cleaning it with a small portion of liquid soap (Dawn) it still tastes terrible. I give up. Since I have the Geek Squad warranty on it I'm taking it back and may just get a regular old coffee maker. I'm stick of Keurigs because they are high maintenance and too much work to clean. Unfortunately I just made a large order for Keurig coffee pods so I may have to try to cancel it or give them away. I like Keurig machines, but I'd like to get one that works. This is the last one I'll buy from Best Buy since this makes two that were defective. Either this store has bad merchandise or they're getting all the rejects. I am thinking the Descale light was broken which is why it never came on and could account for the bad-tasting coffee because it was long past due being descaled and probably ruined the machine. I blame this on poor manufacturing and testing prior to being shipped to stores. I never could figure out why that Descale light never turned on. Another broken Keurig. Keurig makes lousy products that aren't worth the price.

    I’ll start off by saying I only bought this because my last Keurig went up in smoke while descaling it after one year of use. This one so far hasn’t been great. Only had it a couple months and it went from pouring an 8oz cup to maybe a 5oz cup. They just keep getting smaller. It’ll be my last Keurig.

    Third replacement keurig I have purchased. They are nice to have. Just don't last as long as would hope for. Still cheaper than going to a coffee shop.

    Purchased for a friend who has two kids & works from home - the keurig has become a part of the family as her husband & son enjoy having their own “Starbucks” at home! Totally worth every penny!

    We've had several programmable Keurigs, but found this latest top model to be less than easy to perform simple programming functions. Honestly, wish we had returned it.

    I like the machine. The only issue I have was that it states it makes ice coffee but the reality is that it doesn’t. But overall it’s a great machine.

    We had our previous Keurig for 5 years, and it was just time for a new one. The finish looks wonderful in our kitchen and the tank is so much larger than our last! Very happy with my choice.

    It’s loud when first warming up. You can’t see from the front view how much water is in the reserve. Coffee it makes is good.
