Great machine. Bought it to replace an old one. As usual, Best Buy made it super easy to get.

I'm so glad Keurig decided to remove the scanning of their cup labels. I purchased this to replace an old machine that stopped working after about 5 years, I decided on this one because of the iced coffee option, the scheduled time to turn on, and the variety of cup sizes and strength. This machine is great. It allows you to make your cup pretty customized to you. I personally like a bold cup of coffee that isn't too hot. I was able to set the temperature of the coffee, and make a small cup of bold coffee. If I need a larger amount, I simply push the strong button and I get a cup that is nice and strong. I love that this machine is fool-proof. I don't have to be a barista to make a cup of coffee. It's perfect for people who are in a rush in the morning and want to just press a button and have a cup of joe, or for older people who don't have the time or patience to learn a whole new process for brewing a cup of coffee. I have used the iced coffee function of this, and was a bit underwhelmed. I wish it would brew a bit colder so all of the ice doesn't melt immediately. I also felt as though my coffee was still not as strong as I prefer (which is always my problem with iced coffee). Great coffee maker. Have always used reverse osmosis purified water in it. Use a large plastic tumbler to fill the tank. Have had 2 years and still have not had to clean it. Also press down on the pod with your thumbs to pierce the bottom of the pod, before pulling the handle down. It keeps coffee grounds from blowing out the top, and making an eventual mess, when the top needle pierces the pressurized foil top.

This machine have excellent Temperature, however the most important factor is missing...Flavor. I tried everything imaginable but to no avail. Essentially this machine delivers coffee flavored water!!

Works fine, makes a good cup of coffee. This is my third Keurig. The last two made over two-thousand cups before they gave me trouble.

Did some online research and this came out as one of the top coffee pod coffee makers. It has not disappointed. We mainly use our own ground coffee from Starbucks and put in the reusable wire filter pods we got from Amazon. Makes a hot and tasty cup of coffee.

This one is really great! 6 cup sizes, a setting for strong (the water goes through more slowly), and a setting for cold brew. Works like a charm and this brushed silver color matches our kitchen appliances. Nice sale, too- we saved $70 the day we decided to buy it.

My wife loves it! It is exactly what she ordered. Now she can fix her a cup long after I’m through drinking coffee for the day

We love this Keurig K Elite. It was to replace an old Classic, Nice hot coffee, auto start and shut off after 2 hours. Many size cups and ice coffee. We would recommend.

My 8 year old keurig quit. I got this to replace it. It was on sale for the same price as the version a step below this one. I love the strong option on this one.

What can I say, I’m new to the Keurig family! I’m replacing a Krups Carafe coffee pot that I NEVER used bc was a waste to make a whole pot of coffee for one cup. Just easier using a stove top pot, but I can’t tell you how many coffee pots I’ve destroyed for forgetting them! I would say I wished I’d bought a Keurig sooner. But I feel I got in just in time for all the awesome upgrades. Iced Tea maker, “strong” brew setting, no k pod restrictions.... sweet!!! I can place a mug under the dispenser and in seconds I have my beverage of choice and I can go get into the things I needed to do that caused the destruction of all those glass pots! I’m so glad I finally did this! No longer shackled to the stove waiting for a pot to boil!!!
