It is really simple to operate, it has a nice selection of options to include iced and hot water. The kids love the hot chocolate k-cups and can operate without any issues. The hot water is so fast for a cup of tea. I would recommend!!!

Excellent Acquisition

This will be the second one that I bought from the same model. The first one I have it at my office and I have had an excellent experience, for this reason I choose the same model an old one at my home.

Excellent Keurig

That unit was always a problem... Inconsistent cup size output, clogged easily, etc. Plus it had a somewhat small reservoir. Love this unit - much bigger reservoir, more cup sizes, and very consistent output. Highly recommended!

The old one was a "commercial" version (for office use, I suppose). Old unit was very LOUD (when the pump was running). New one is much quieter, has a large water tank, and makes excellent (for a K-Cup) coffee. I especially like the ability to control brew strength.
