My experience: Once this unit hit the 10 month mark of being used and properly maintained, it decided to up and start quitting. Resetting the unit, attempting to clean it, trying to clean the nozzles, nothing worked. Finally, I left it unplugged for about a week and decided to try and use it again for it to randomly work. That lasted approximately a week and then it quit on me again. Unit review: When the unit was working, it would work just fine. The menu can be a bit of a task to cycle through, but once you had your settings squared away, it wouldn't be too much of an issue. This brewer has a max brewing temp of 192°f / 89°c, which was decent enough for me, but if you like your coffee even hotter then this unit might not be for you. The button mapping was simple and straightforward, you'd place your pod > hit button > coffee go pshhhh. The hot water option is simple enough as well, but with the temperature restrictions, you probably wouldn't use this for herbal or black tea.

I like that this model has the larger water tank. Also the ease of cup size selection

Another solid, sleek Keurig machine that operates essentially the same as the model it replaced, which was seven years old. Updated look and a couple of new features as well as quiet performance.

I purchased this as a gift for my Dad. He loves it compared to his old coffee pot style coffee maker.

Old one of same model finally died after constant use, found this one (same model). Price was great and so is the coffee. The only thing I noticed different between the 2 (several years time frame), is the new one is about 3 decibels louder for some reason. not enough to be an issue though. Love this unit and all that it does.

I have had different Keurig models for many years and I am generally happy with them. Each one, however, always seems to die after couple of years of use. The death of my last machine was the inability to "recognize" any pod...whether it was a Keurig pod or a Keurig reusable pod. That type of propriety by Keurig is the sole reason I took off 1 star. My last model was similar but I really like this one much better for the following reasons: 1) you can preselect the strength & size of your coffee while it is heating up...before I had to stand there waiting for it to heat up before push the start button. 2) it is significantly quieter when it is brewing 3) I like the ice coffee option 4) I like having a color option other than silver & black Cons 1) color is not really copper---more like gold (not a biggie but they also have a gold color so why not ensure it is a true copper color) 2) it does not have a reminder to change the filter or descale like the last model. I appreciate having it remember when it is due 3) You cannot select a preset option for different users. You have to select the size/strength etc for each use. I waited to writ the review for a couple of months to make sure it continued to work well & I can say that it has. So many more plusses then minuses....so definitely recommend.
