    I have this air conditioner in my kitchen. It's the 4th one in 2 years. This has been the best one. It cools well and vents air to the outside. The heater is amazing! It says that it only works down to 42 degrees. I live in Iowa and it has been 0 degrees fahrenheit and it still blows warm air.

    Keystone 2 ton ac with heater units

    I bought 2 AC units to cool and heat a shop that we are building. Just finished the shop and turned the units on - they are cooling like a champ. I am in the southern states and temperatures are still in the 90s. I installed the units in the wall and saved over $7K vs a mini split system.

    It’s been 14 days that I ordered an air conditioner and they told me today that the item has been lost after it got to the carrier.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
