Great no box sub! Paired this sub with the kicker 5 channel and 6.5” speakers and I’m very pleased with the clarity of the system and how responsive this sub is. I mounted it in the open cavity of the helm. There is a drastic difference in the fullness of the music now and on some songs I need to adjust the bass down as things rattle around. Super pleased!
