Totally redoing and moving the kitchen and decided to splurge on a little extra ice for mixed drinks . Very nice looking ice maker. Also bought a pump to go with it for the drain. Matched it up with the mini fridge.. Did take several months to get it

Works well. Is prepped for a water filter, but not included. Rather cheap ploy given what these machines cost. The customer relations rep was no help when trying to straighten out the filter order from their recommended supplier. Finally found them at Lowes for a better price. Will be using Lowes for the replacment filters moving forward.

Purchased to replace a broken one in at a house we purchased. Works great, a little noisy. Would be nice if add would tell you that you might need discharge pump. Went to install per instructions and had to stop and order pump. Will go back and add sound deadening inside cabinet to try and quit down the noise of ice dropping and water fill pump

Great ice maker and everyone at Best Buy couldn’t have been more helpful in getting it to us.

Delivers great quality bar ice. clear, solid and lots of ice for drinks, but it does make a ton of noise and getting the service department in for a look-see. we have one in another property and its works great so we will see if service can right the wrong.

The product is as pictured and it provides clear, clean ice. Too soon to say what it’s longevity will be but Kitchen Aid is quality.

We have just received the product. Looks and works great. Does have some sound that seems to be all the time. Either running water or ice dumping in.

Love our ice maker. If had to do it all over again I would get one that produces more ice. I have a cooler I like to fill up for the pool. There is just enough ice for one cooler. If you are using this for just drinks it is perfect.

Still waiting for my new ice maker. Not expected until Sept, but no date given. I purchased a previous one 5 years ago, and this is a replacement. Be aware that the life of these appliances are pretty short. So be sure to buy a maintenance policy for as long as you can get it. But I love my ice maker.

Great Ice quality but had to buy a drain pump separately. for an expensive device i expected a complete system.

the best home ice maker you never run out of ice this is my 4th one I have one in all of my houses

This is the 2 nd one I have bought. First one lasted 9 months and company would not honor warranty. It was $1100 to fix it. This one I paid for extra Best Buy warranty. It has not been installed yet

I have owned 3 of these icemakers in the last 3 homes....I have been very happy with all of the purchases. I would recommend this icemaker to anyone.
