My new KitchenAid refrigerator is perfect!! I’ve had my eye on this model for some time, never saw anything I liked more, so I decided to take the plunge. So glad I did!! The color perfectly matches my countertops, and the counter depth size fits perfectly. There are so many drawers and shelves. One has a wood front for a touch of class! The retractable shelf, which allows more space for tall items, is brilliant! Small lights inside the refrigerator on each side, illuminate the contents and give the refrigerator an upscale look. The freezer section has several drawers, making it easy to store and find items. Everything about the design and functionality of this refrigerator is perfection!

Just got my new KitchenAid refrigerator, and I’m beyond impressed! Beautiful inside and out. The 35 5/8" width fits nicely into the width of the space that I wasn't sure about. I just got it this week. Installation & delivery were exceptional by Best Buy (unlike the awful delivery & installation that I had of a Bosch dishwasher :( from Home Depot :( - I'll never use HD for any appliance purchase or delivery again). This refrig seems to be working very well. The interior lighting & gray interior are great. Plenty of room for a small family. Very easy to find things. No problem with putting taller items onto shelves. I haven't used ice maker/water delivery yet but am aware from reviews to empty it about every 2 weeks. I love this item and the Best Buy sales & delivery service as well. I have bought several appliances there and have always been given top-level personalized service - well worth the price.) I just also bought a KitchenAid DW from Best Buy - what a gorgeous kitchen these make!

As far as functionality the fridge is beautiful and works great. Just wish the ice bin was a little larger for capacity and that I could adjust the shelves inside it to fit a gallon of milk other than that it’s awesome

We were down-sizing our fridge to fit the space better and match other appliances, so we went with this particular model that is a little more shallow than our last one but just a bit taller. It fits the space perfectly. The aesthetics, both inside and out, are fabulous - exactly what you would expect from KitchenAid. I love the size of the ice this produces, but I wish it produced just a little bit more. We have not had any mechanical/technical issues as of yet. This is a gorgeous refrigerator but with a high sticker price.

The build quality of the unit is nice. The compartment on the door that you would think is for eggs does not hold a one dozen cartons as it is not wide enough. The finish is impressive and make our kitchen look really nice. It has a premium feel and so far has worked really well for our needs. We eat a lot of fresh produce and we have not had any issues with that. The freezer is adequate and the soft close is a nice touch. The doors have more than enough space to store things. My only complaint is the motor sound is noticeable. When it’s quiet in the morning and you pouring a cup of coffee you can here it. It does cut off from time to time but if you open the fridge it will come back on. I will use aurlex studio foam to fill the open space between the fridge and the cabinet to block the sound that stuff is excellent in deadening sound. Plus it’s a dark material so you won’t notice it’s there. Last, be sure to buy a 5 year warranty from kitchenaid as the parts are expensive and you never know what could happen in five years. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

Overall really pleased with the refrigerator. Love the craft ice feature. Nice option with middle drawer being fridge/freezer. I’ve never owned such a quite refrigerator, I can’t even tell when it is running. Why didn’t give 5 stars. Only issue I’m having is the adjustment of shelving. I Have a Britta Pitcher and it won’t fit under the selfing no matter how I readjust them. It does fit in Outside door but then uses Up the entire one and only large shelf, which defeats the purpose of opening outside door For items used every day to save energy. Does fit a gal. of milk by moving middle shelf up, right under top shelf, then can place milk on bottom shelf. However, then you only have Enough space which basically fits an item height of a carton of eggs.

Beautiful fridge! My only complaint is that the height measurement is not truly accurate. The door hinge covers on top of the fridge aren’t taken into account with the height measurement. So it didn’t completely slide into our built-in cabinetry, therefore making the “counter depth” useless. In order to make it fit, we had to remove the cover, but the sensor that detects if the door is left open is built into those covers… it was quite disappointing. I recommend going to the store in person and measuring it yourself if you have cabinets over your fridge space. Overall, the quality is so nice. The features are very elegant. The ice bin is a bit small, so if you use lots of ice, it could deplete quickly. The ice cubes are small pyramid shaped, which I like. Freezer is okay. Not super spacious, but gets the job done. I like that it has a pizza pocket.

Love the layout of this refrigerators. Door can hold 2 1 gallon jugs. Lots of room on doors to also hold various dressings and condiments. Love the wood details inside the refrigerator and the led lighting is very helpful and bright. The collapsible shelves helps to organize contents of the refrigerator. This refrigerator has cubed and crushed ice options and fresh water dispenser which I really love. Just one issue found. - one fruit crisper tray came cracked.

We bought the display model because we needed the fridge right away. The Best Buy and Kitchenaid team was very helpful and quick with sending out replacement seals (due to it being display the seals had a bit of wear in them). Our only complaint is that when we put the child lock on the water/ice dispensar, it often says the door is ajar; this may be due to the seals still not having been fixed yet (our fault).

I absolutely love this refrigerator! I was torn between the Kitchen aid and Bosch 800 for a while. Both have a simple and elegant design, but every time I opened the Kitchen aid fridge, I couldn't help but say "wow!", the interior design is stunning, with a beautiful blend of metal and wood elements that's truly eye-catching. This fridge has received very mixed reviews online, with many people reporting issues within six months to a year. However, so far, it has been working perfectly. Both the cooling and freezing functions are excellent, and the ice maker has been performing flawlessly with no issues so far. This refrigerator is not only functional but also incredibly beautiful. It makes using it such a joyful experience, you will find yourself wanting to open it all the time! highly recommended!

It’s been a week with it and so far is good a little small, not very fancy freezer but it cools good, only thing is that is you leave the door open for a little bit (while you take things out from drawers) the cool goes away fast.

What a great fridge! Though it’s a bit deeper than the old one, it’s soooo much bigger inside. It holds so much more in both the fridge and freezer compartments. And it’s incredibly quiet too. Only con, and it’s a tiny one: the ice cubes are very small and come out really quickly. Delivery and installation was perfect!

Excellent and beautiful product! Love the wide open, full width shelves, after having a side-by-side for so long. Huge freezer also. Installation was on-time, exactly when scheduled, and by a very nice and careful team of guys.

The inside of the refrigerator looks nice too bad it came totally smashed on the left side. I’m giving a two stores because the refrigerator looks nice inside, but it should’ve never left the warehouse looking the way it did and customer service is very difficult to deal with when you Best Buy

Like all the others,oils good on the outside but the functioning parts do not function well. Leas than 15 months and the ice maker is out and needs to be replaced. Water the water works sometimes and just stops at other times. When working the ice maker was loud and slow since the get go. Cannot keep up ice needs for a family of four. I checked and optimized water pressure before installing and still same problem. Don’t know what it’s a @kitchenaid when all the internal parts are whirlpool. Really disappointed that we spent $4k+ and in less than 2 years feel like we should replace it

This is the first Kitchenaid product we've purchased that is of poor quality. The purchase price was a little over $4k, but it looks more like a $1,500 fridge. The problems include stains from minor spills can get into sealed places that cannot be accessed, lettering that wore off in a matter of months, and drawers do not line up. (See photos.) The freezer is incredibly small, even for a counter-depth unit. I will say it is a nice-looking fridge from the outside, though. My recommendation is avoid this refrigerator, there are much better options.

The best fridge we could have imagined having for our family! It has a great amount of space, water and ice dispenser as life changers and the esthetics are just gorgeous!!! Highly recommend this product and Best Buy made it so easy and affordable for us.

We are enjoying our Kitchen Aid frig. The arrangement of shelves inside provides good spacing for our items. I like the soft close feature of the drawers. The ice maker is very satisfactory and I like having the small storage pan for extra ice.
