I upgraded to this oven from an older Thermidor and am very satisfied. The oven is attractive, efficient, and easy to use. The temperature control is effective and so far, roasting, broiling, and baking have taken less time than I am used to.

We purchased the smaller KitchenAid double ovens to fit an existing space, which our contractor prepared before delivery. We also bought a KitchenAid cooktop and over-the-range microwave, which unfortunately came in with a manufacturer's defect (the door would not latch correctly, resulting in the interior light being con-tinuously on. However, Best Buy quickly replaced the appliance and I am very satisfied with it. There is a bit of a learning curve since our previous appliances were quite old but I am sure we will be happy with the double ovens (one is convection). The five-element cooktop is very convenient.

We love our new oven! It cooks meals perfectly and stays warm for a while. Excited to put this thing to work for the holidays. Looking into getting the matching fridge and dishwasher, next!

This oven both fit our kitchen and has all of the features we were looking for. It heats quickly and bakes food perfectly. Highly recommended!!

I needed to replace a 25 year old double oven with used a limited cut out space in my wall. This oven fit well and only a small moulding was necessary to complete the installation. It is not an overly complicated oven and it works very well so far. I ordered it without seeing it in person from the Best Buy website.

Nice enough oven but it is SO LOUD! It is loud while it is cooking, it is loud while it is preheating, and it is loud for at least 20 minutes after you turn it off. If I had had another choice to fit into my preexisting cut out, I would have returned it. It sounds like a small aircraft.

Finally replaced 24 yr old oven with this beautiful 24" double oven by Kitchen Aid. Hubby is the chef in the house and loves the new convection features. The stainless steel enhances our kitchen.

Well after a power surge, we had to replace a 19-year-old oven. Didn’t have many choices due to this odd size but we are very happy with the quality and the performance of our new one. It looks great and is easy to clean

This oven has been very easy to use. The instructions are very simple to follow. I love having the option of using the convection mode. Another plus is there is a timer that does not affect the over. Our old oven did not have this. There hasn't been any external heat around the oven when cooking.
