Like: super quiet and cleans well. Dislike: middle rack for glasses - configuration is a bit awkward fitting our glasses. Getting used to it.

i AM VERY SATISFIED WITH MY DISHWASHER THE NORMAL CYCLE IS A LITTLE LONG BUT IT DOES A GREAT JOB

We purchased this dishwasher for a rental house. We knew it would look great and work really well since it was a no-brainer for us to choose this model because we already had the same one at our own house, and we love it. It is sturdy and functional; the racks are laid out very nicely to fit my plates and dishes. So, we had already vetted this machine ourselves when we made the decision to put this into our rental as well. We also like this particular model because the front handle is very functional as a towel bar. You can't beat the classic KitchenAid brand handle for a great look in your kitchen. Our Tenants are over the moon with our choice. We are happy that we have chosen a reliable dishwasher - Go KitchenAid, you won't go far wrong.

This dishwasher looks good on the outside and the inside. Dishes fit more easily than past dishwashers and are very clean. Its also super quiet too. Would definitely recommend.

I love this dishwasher. I replaced, if you can believe it, a 27 year old Kitchenaid with this dishwasher. It is so quiet I can hardly tell it is running. Also, my old glasses look brand new, so sparkling clean! I know it will not last as long as my original Kitchenaid, but I’m totally glad I purchased it!

So whisper quiet that for the first week we had to put our ears close to the machine to make sure it was running. V good to excellent cleaning. I do wish the glass or middle rack had a stemmed wine glass feature.

Really are enjoying our new dishwasher. It is very quiet while in operation. Washing dishes and pots quite well! Would recommend this model.

I do like this dishwasher. The bar was set pretty low and my old was pretty old. But this is a good dishwasher. Extremely quiet and does a good job of cleaning. Some things I have to wash twice but I think that will get better as I learn the idiosyncrasies of loading it.

Easy to install and is quiet. Dishes are always clean and dry. Only complaint is that the tub is always wet even with choosing the extended dry option.

Silent when running. Since the buttons are on top, only way to tell it's running is a tiny light on front of door. Cleans a lot better than our old dishwasher we replaced.

I have had this dishwasher for 5 months and haven't had any issues with it. Did installation myself without any previous experience. This item is very quiet, and quality of washing still amazes me, compared to other dishwashers I had before. 3rd rack is very useful for utensils. 100% satisfied.

We loved our 8-year old Sears Kenmore Elite dish washer because it was extremely quiet, which is important to us since our family room, dining area and kitchen are all in one big open room. There's nothing worse than trying to relax and watch TV after dinner with a loud dishwasher a few feet away. When the Kenmore died, we searched for another quiet replacement. We found the 39 dBA KitchenAid to be equally quiet, and we love it. Our appliance serviceman said that Whirlpool products including our KitchenAid have fewer breakdowns and replacement parts can be quickly obtained.

So quiet, streamline design, cleans extremely well. It is so easy to use, it is teen proof. Our 3rd Kitchenaid appliance.

Works great, very quiet and does a good cleaning job. Only odd thing is the utensils cart, I am not sure about the top cover, but at least it is removable. Installation was great, and installer took his time making sure the dishwasher was well seated in my cabinetry. Arrived on time and on schedule.

This dishwasher is truly amazing. First of all you can't even hear if it's on or not. It is so quiet. Secondly, I have never seen such clean glasses. Everything shines when it's done. I can't say enough great things about this. Possibly the best item I have ever bought.

This Kitchen Aid dishwasher is extremely quiet and does a great job cleaning the dishes. The first unit was dented and returned. The next DW was in great shape and installed quickly and efficiently by two fellows. There was even a follow up call later in the evening. Good job Best Buy!

Replaced a 21 year old KitchenAid dishwasher. Great piece of equipment, but I prefer the dish racks in the old. Certainly is very quiet. The installers were very professional and efficient.

So far so good. Extremely quiet and this is coming from a former Bosch owner. I often have to look at the light to determine if it is running. Dishes come out spotless. Installed it myself, instructions were clear and easy to follow.
