This model has all the same features for lower price. He accommodated an over the phone online purchase to save me a second trip to the store. Very accommodating! The delivery was quick and the installers courteous, efficient, and answered all my questions. The third rack holds most of my glasses and mugs, which frees up the other two racks for dishes and bowls. The normal wash is very long; the short cycle cleans and dries just fine. It is very quiet!

really quiet with some cool features

Coffee cups don't really fit well unless they are small, so mugs fit better in the center rack. I'm still figuring out how to load if for best results with ponding water in some dishes and glasses.
