It's also a bit noisy. I had a Bosch before, and I like it much more. Third rack not great.

Worked great until sept 17th when there was an error code for “dishwasher overfills”. No service technician for another week. I guess I had higher expectations for quality and service. Wish I went with Bosch.

We notified Best Buy of it then, it was exchanged. This dishwasher is very fashionable but function-wise, we'll need to still see how it will work.

Installer was unable to remove the plastic protective covering so had to call Kitchen Aid help line to arrange someone to come over to remove the covering.
