So far so good. Was concerned in the beginning about the drying capability, in standard mode, using Extended dry option and it works well. Washer works as advertised.

Dishwasher cleans great! I love the top rack. Unfortunately whenever you open the door, the vent drips water on floor. We have had 3 technician visits to have it fixed and none have solved the problem.

It doesnt work/turn on. Literally. I ordered/purchased march 5th 2021. It's now april 12th. I have a dishwasher in my kitchen that does not work n(which I purchased for my disabled elderly father I take care of to be self sufficient somewhat). It was exchanged via chat. Now silence. Cannot tell where exchange dishwasher is at. Showing install APRIL 21ST. . anyone seeing this. Install yourself/take when you buy because best buy has outsourced almost everything and I would give less than a 1 star but they don't go in the negative. You cannot make this stuff up. Oh. And also they sent me a bill/made a payment on a dishwasher I don't have/doesn't work. I'm a grown man. I would cry but I have laugh to keep from losing my mind. Thanks best buy. Really appreciate it

I've only had it a month. Two red plastic pieces that hold two bars on the top shelf keep falling off. Now one of them is melted from burning on the heater coil. anybody know how I can get replacement red plastic pieces to hold the two bars in place?

Just got this about a week ago. Doesnt start and keeps deeping on clean. Going to call Best Buy tech if they could come and check it out. I would updated if the issues persist. I did purchase the warranty but

The bottom of the front door has multiple rust areas. The front door never gets wet so I don't know why this happened. NOT HAPPY with my 1000.00 dishwasher.

Just had this dishwasher for about a week now. I came from a Bosch dishwasher which is arguably the best dishwasher brand besides Kitchenaid. I had a Geek Squad protection plan on my Bosch that needed to be replaced. I was trying to replace with another Bosch as me and my life loved the look and functionality of it and were overall happy with it. With COVID disrupting supply chains, my replacement would've taken a month+ to arrive. Me and my wife didn't want to wait that long so we started researching what else is available. The Best Buy rep said Kitchenaid is right up there with Bosch so we started looking at what they had that was comparable but most importantly available sooner. This unit was the closest thing feature for feature and was available for delivery in 2 days. I researched more before making the final decision and decided to go with this unit. I have to get used to the way I store it (but that's a personal problem.) Apparently it holds more dishes than the Bosch. It's just as quiet, cleans just as nice. I am worried about the buttons on the front panel because I do have a toddler who can press them and also that it is touch sensitive buttons as opposed to physical buttons. Years ago we had an LG dishwasher which needed to be replaced because the touch sensitivity lost functionality. Hopefully these are better quality. I do like the fingerprint protection feature although I still see smudges on there not too different from my old Bosch unit. The dishwasher kits that Best Buy makes you buy are compatible but you have to strip the wires and rig it in there nice. So if you aren't an electrician or a professional installer, be aware! Bosch includes a power cord which is a nice bonus. Installers were professional and did the job quickly and efficiently. They made sure it was level, they even used an extra wood plank from my hardwood floors to custom cut and use as shims for the footing underneath my countertops. Time will tell if this is better than Bosch but so far so good. I really wish these units came with a power cord.

This KitchenAid dishwasher is really quiet. It washes superbly. The 3rd rack is a very welcome feature as well as the height adjustable 2nd row rack. Controls are simple and are not easily bumped with the recessed and angled touch panel. Plus has a easy "control lock" feature to help prevent little button pushers from turning the machine on (which you might not even notice because it runs so quite) or from them turning it off mid cycle. This appliance looks great inside and out and it feels solid when opening and closing the door.

So far so good with this dishwasher. 3rd rack is something we didn’t know we needed. Our previous dishwasher (Samsung) died on us after 4 years and the Geek Squad protection came in handy to put our credit towards this one, but the Geek Squad service was horrible to say the least. Took 6 weeks to get approval for a replacement after 3 “repair” visits they showed up for, 1 “repair” visit which they decided wasn’t important enough to show up for, and a few calls to “customer service. Buy this Dishwasher though, it’s quiet, roomy, and cleans well! Just be aware if you need service.

Does an awesome job. I’m not an expert in dishwashers, did some research and this one checked all the boxes. Quiet, efficient, and plenty of space.

Replaced a 20 year old dishwasher that was barely working. Getting the old dishwasher out was challenging due to corroded pipes and water damage, but once that was done, the installation of the new dishwasher went smoothly. The KitchenAid is great. It is easy to load, it gets the dishes very clean, and it's amazingly quiet. We love the third tray on the top for small items. We are very happy with the purchase.

Only have this dishwasher for a month but cleans beautifully and extremely quiet. Cycles are much longer than my other dishwater so I’ll have to wait for electric bill to see if there’s a big difference. Otherwise very happy so far.

Great dishwasher! I’m so happy with how sparkling clean my glasses and dishes look and how quiet the dishwasher runs. Although it has taken some experimenting with loading utensils, dishes, bowls & glasses, I’m amazed at how much more it holds especially with the design of the 3rd rack. I am amazed at how many more cups, small bowls and large utensils fit in the dishwasher.

We compared this to several high-end models. This was the only one that had it all. Stainless steel, three racks, adjustable height, adjustable tines, front control panel, proper drying. It is amazingly quiet. I thought of Kitchen Aid as an older name, but it definitely has the most contemporary design. Very pleased with it. It also smells good!

We did a ton of research on dishwashers and ultimately decided on this KitchenAid. We’ve used it a few times so far and have been very happy with it. It’s pretty spacious inside. I love that the third rack is shaped in a way that you can fit small cups and bowls and it’s not just flat. It does a great job washing and drying the dishes. It’s extremely quiet! We can’t hear it unless we’re in the kitchen. The first time we used it I had to go and check that it was on because I couldn’t hear it. And it is fingerprint resistant! This dishwasher has checked all of our boxes and we’ve been very happy with our purchase. The delivery and installation team that Best Buy sent out was excellent also. Very polite, knowledgeable and informative.

I have only had the dishwasher for about a month. So far I have not had any issues with the functioning of the dishwasher, but I am having some loading issues. The third rack has been nice. When I adjust the middle rack so that my larger dinner plates fit in the bottom rack my cereal bowls don't fit in the middle rack. So, I am learning new ways to load the dishwasher. I also noticed it takes well over 2 hours for all cycles to run. I looked it up and found that apparently, longer cycles are more energy-efficient. The dishwasher is very quiet compared to my previous one. Overall, I am very pleased with the dishwasher.

We have had the new KitchenAid dishwasher for about a month now, and we love it. It runs so quietly I have to look at the control panel to verify it is on. It does its job very well. There were only a couple of times a dish or utensil didn't come out completely clean and that was because I placed it in a bad location. It has three racks so it takes a while to fill it up, so we only run it once a day. As a point of comparison, our previous dishwasher was over 12 years old, was very noisy, had less capacity and it top rack would fall out if didn't handle it gingerly. When it started leaking that was the last straw. I wish we had bought this a year earlier and saved ourselves so much aggravation. Due to supply chain issues indirectly caused by the pandemic, we were hand washing from November until March. If you old dishwasher is nearing its end, do yourself a favor and replace it now. This is a good 'un!

Works as claimed. It holds a lot of dishes (it takes longer to collect a full load than did the washer it replaced) and gets them clean, very quietly. The process takes ~2.25 hours, but I'm told that is normal for today's energy-saving dishwashers. It seems very solid and well made; no cheap parts are visible.

Having had a two year old LG dishwasher that was nothing but a NIGHTMARE, I decided enough was enough. I read an article about the best dishwashers of 2021. The KitchenAid was at the top of the list, albeit a bit pricey compared to the other machines. Since a dw isn't typically one that should last a LONG time (unless you got stuck with the horror that was the LG dw), I made the purchase. It's been a month and I haven't regretted for one single second choosing the KitchenAid! It's ab fab! It actually cleans the dishes! It's very quiet, has gobs of rack space (I love the top third rack for small bowls, big spoons and such (AND THEY COME OUT CLEAN!!!), and the print-shield finish DOES stay clean! I could not be more pleased and satisfied. Highest of quality!! Perfection!! So if you're debating, don't even spend another minute on making this machine YOUR dw! NO REGRETS ONLY SMILES!!

My Bosch broke down after 7 years and i couldn't get a replacement for 4 months. Thank u Covid! So i went with the Kitchenaid dishwasher and so glad i did! The third rack is deeoer than the Bosch and it has it's own spraying jets so glasses get cleaned. It's like having an extra rack for glasses on top. Second rack can hold glasses plus it can hold tall items like my Kitchenaid mixing bowl. I've seen where people are complaining about the bottom utensil rack where the grids aren't big enough for thick spoon handles! Just take the grid off! It pops right out! It's perfect. The dishwasher is every thong you've ever dreamed of and it doesn't have the nasty smell inside that my Bosch had. I'm telling you, you get what you pay for! Buy it! Oh, and you can't beat Best Buy's price. I looked everywhere!
