Has 2 spray arms and gets dishes clean! Plenty of room in the baskets for dishes and top basket adjusts up and down for taller glasses. It is fingerprint resistant and pretty!

This machine is super quiet and washes extra dirty dishes amazingly. My wife loves it and was super impressed with it. Nothing negative to say about

I got this dish washer about a month ago, so far I am very impressed with how quiet this machine is. While the machine is in its cycles, no noise of any kind can be heard, except when water is being drained to the sink. I love its sleek look and bright indication lights. One thing however is, I have noticed not all plastic ccntainers, bowls and cups can be dried 100%, which so far I have only used the normal cycle. I have not tried the Pro Wash nor Extend Heat Dry. So far, I am loving this machine.

cleans great. so far havent had to hand wash one dish or pan. but measure your space first. this one was taller and wider then the standard one we took out. we had to cut our cabinets on both sides down. but i didnt know why our last dishwasher didnt work, came with the house. was it the water? the water pressure? guess it was the dishwasher itself. Had it for about a month, praying it last several years

Very quiet and cleans well. No need to prewash dishes we can just put them in with some food still on and they come out clean

Decided to do a major upgrade on our dishwasher since our Kenmore was 9 years old and just was not cleaning dishes very well. Decided to pay a few hundred more since I was already dropping 200 on the install anyways. After about 30 washes, I have noticed a significant difference. I have been using the rinse aid as well to go with the dishwashing pods. Got everything for around 1,050 with haul away, install, and warranty. Did the 18 month financing so it is now just included in my budget. Great purchase.

This was an open box buy because the stores were out of this product. it had a small dent on side but did not effect the working mechanics. I installed the machine and it worked great. A special shout out to the folks working the store during the closure. The appliance manager came to the car to tell us there were none in stock but they did have the open box. He told me about the small dent so I was aware. customer satisfaction is so important.

Purchased this dishwasher in Nov. 2018. It is now August 2020 (18 months of ownership) and there is a leak coming from the main sump which requires the entire assembly to be replaced. Not only does this require ordering multiple parts but involves hours of labor as well. This product states a 5-year warranty, but only 1 year for major parts. The other 4 years is covering only bin and racks. KitchenAid is cheap and does not warrant major parts which should not even be failing this early in the appliance life cycle. This company needs to back up their products with a solid warranty and service. Tried to call service but was informed it would be a 4-hour wait time. Ridiculous! Our tech told us he sees this often with KitchenAid and recommends going with Bosch next time. Do not buy KichenAid dishwashers, and if you do, check extended warranty for fine print on parts. Especially motor and pump.

This is my first Kitchenaid dishwasher and I am enjoying the appliance. My previous was a Bosch and liked the brand but for my new house I decided to go with Kitchenaid. I really like the ProWash feature. I did have to remove the silverware tray on top of the silverware basket, as my silverware handles were too thick to slide into the slots, not a big deal and glad there was an option to remove it.

The top pull-out rack sounds like crap when you pull it out. For the price they should of put better tracks. The fastest wash is 4 hours!!!!!!!

I have owned 4 different dishwashers this one gets them cleaner, dryer and it is quiet, super quiet..best dishwasher ever
