I have used this dishwasher about 3 times so far and like everything about it except for the drying part. I am thinking it might take a bit of cycles to have the drying cycle really turn up the heat to completely dry my items. I find them with some water settling on the top of glasses and such. Will call next week to ask if I there is something I need to do. That's why I am giving it a 3 Star. Otherwise it would be a 5 if drying power was a little stronger

I replaced my old dishwasher with this new version from KitchenAid. I was greatly surprised at how much more quiet this one runs, as compared to my old one. I also paid the additional for the in-home installation, haul-away service, and the 5 year geek squad warranty. I've been super impressed on how this machine has been running so far.

This dishwasher is as excellent, as predicted by Consumer Reports. Best Buy delivered it on time, installed it with great care and quickly. We are very happy with it.

Fits a lot of plates, cups, etc. Runs quiet and looks great in the kitchen.

This unit has a great quality look and feel. The drawers roll easily and have ample storage for dishes and glasses. Easy access filter also makes cleaning easy. Only major issue is you must use a rinse agent to get the dishes dry, otherwise the heated dry function only serves to create a steam that can leave a musty odor. With a rinse agent the drying works great.

This dishwasher replaces a 15 year old Kitchenaid dishwasher. It's quieter than my previous one - I can barely hear it running. The dishes come out spotless (use the rinse aid as directed). Glad I decided on this model. This dishwasher came with free installation. The old saying is true "you get what you pay for." The installation team had difficulty installing the new dishwasher. Since my house was built in 1909, my prior dishwasher was installed on a platform to level the flooring with the cabinets. The installation team insisted that the platform had water damage and was uneven. They also asked if I measured the old dishwasher and the new dishwasher (they're the same size). They did finally install the dishwasher but it wasn't level - the right side was lower than the left. I hired a handyman (familiar with old homes) to fix the flooring/platform since the installation team insisted it that was the problem. The handyman disagreed with their assessment of the flooring/platform. It was dry, level and no visible damage. He was able to install the dishwasher level. He also made sure the vent on the left side wasn't blocked partially like the installation team had it. Best Buy's "free" installation is costing me the cost of hiring a handyman. (the reason "Value" is average) One last thing - the installation team when gathering up their tools also gathered up my screwdriver. A fact that I didn't discover until hours later.
