I have a 26 yr old home and all appliances are less than 5 yrs old after replacement buy my Maytag dishwasher was going strong after all these years. I finally replaced it after my research for a couple years showed a preferred DW was on a great sale. So I bought this and I couldn't be more happy. It is so damned quiet you can barely hear is standing next to it. It drys everything including plastics and the 3rd rack so so deep it is amazing. I totally recommend this DW. It is beautiful and works flawlessly.

Splendid dishwasher! Looked at a lot of dishwashers as our Bosch was showing its age and had been off track with those awful wheels at the bottom of the rack. Not this one! No wheels! and a very clever upper rack design. Runs silently and the dishes are sparkly clean! Not the cheapest but worth the price IMO. No need to go Miele!

We’ve had the dishwasher a little over a month and so far it’s as good as advertised. Dishes come out very clean and dry. The third rack is very useful. This dishwasher is extremely quiet. If you are in the market for a dishwasher I would recommend this KitchenAid.

Have been using this Kitchen Aid dishwasher for about 3 weeks now and have not had any issues. Biggest feature of this dishwasher is how quiet it is when running thru a cycle. Dishes have come out very clean and drying feature also excellent. We also have 3rd rack feature which is very convenient for larger spoons, spatulas, and small bowls

-1 star cause installer said wouldn’t fit and had to return. Otherwise awesome Had to return cause installer said there was no way it would fit under my cabinet/countertop. I didn’t want to take the chance, so I cancelled the order. Went to a competitors store and they didn’t think it would be a problem. The second store was right. Fit just fine with no trouble at all. Yes, I made sure it was the same model number, and it is the one with the new improved 3rd rack design. Dishwasher itself is super quiet and gets dishes clean. Replaced a 9yr old GE Profile that was loud and left food debris on dishes all the time. 3rd rack is very useable. Adjustable 2nd rack is nice. Most the time you can barely tell it’s running unless you’re standing next to it, and even then I sometimes have to look. We really love it, just too bad we had to go somewhere else to finally get it.

    Love KitchenAid and Best Buy

This is my third KitchenAid dishwasher and as expected it exceeds my expectations. This model is extremely quiet, has great settings - love the pro wash and dry, and the third rack is so nice for extra glasses or big serving utensils/ knives. I really like that it still has the utensil basket in the bottom rack as I don’t like the small third rack that is specially for that purpose. Seems rather tedious and unnecessary. So yes love my KitchenAid. And did I mention how well it cleans? Goes without saying!! But I also have to add that time and time again when shopping around for big appliances or TVs, Best Buy continues to not only deliver on price, but in customer service and knowledge. This last purchase solidified that’s there’s no need for me to talk with anyone at the Orange store or specialty stores. Each Best Buy person has exceed the other's knowledge, been extremely patience, helpful, and equally important pleasant to talk with. And to top it off delivery was faster and cheaper. Thanks Best Buy and KitchenAid

I really love this dishwasher. Lots of room, cleans great, and it is so QUIET. I can’t believe it. It has 3 racks, I use that top rack for a lot of items. I love how clean the glasses get on the 2nd rack. I am still getting used to the bottom rack it is bit different than my old Maytag, I do not wash pots and pans in my dishwasher never have. So can’t speak on that. But I do love my new Kitchenaid. It is the BEST.

    Money Well-Spent

Very pleased with the purchase. Picking an appliance like this can be a chore. You get concerned that you may not spend enough and may wish you had spent more, or spend more and feel you could have spent less. We wanted to be happy with the large purchase and we would pay a little more to get a unit that would perform well, be relatively quiet, and look aesthetic in our space. This unit does it all. One of the big selling features for us was the third rack. It isn't just a flat rack for some silverware and utensils; it accommodates glasses and smaller bowls in the v-shaped portions. Plus, it has its own direct sprayer system. Add this to the existing racks and you can make great use of the space to wash loads of dishes. Do the dishes get clean? Yes! It works great. We're very pleased. The drying system is also very good. The touch-sensitive buttons on top of the unit are sensitive so you may accidentally press them when opening and closing, but the unit won't activate unless you've pressed the Start button, so it is never a problem. The display on the front of the unit is bright and clear. The racks easily slide in and out. The silverware basket has holes of various sizes and, again, everything comes out clean. Our plumber made us aware of an anti-leak feature that will also address small leaks that might save your floors in the event of a small leak. The insulation on the unit is very thick, much thicker than the older unit's, which adds to the low noise when operating. Be aware of this though as you may need a little more room for the installation. Our unit is close to our living room and running it is never a concern while watching TV or enjoying company. We feel this was a good purchase and money well-spent.

Extremely happy with the unit. It is super quiet. The top rack for glass and cutlery saves a LOT of space. And have never had any issues with cleaning or even with the filters. The drying option is also very effective. Highly recommended.

This replace a very old Jenn Air dishwasher. My dishes and glassware are clean the first wash, no repeat wash like my old machine. This machine holds so much and I love how the top rack has its own water flow and not recirculating from below. It's also very quiet!

This dishwasher runs more quietly and seems to clean dishes, glasses and silverware better than our previous dishwasher. I really like having the third rack which works good for overflow and for special dishes/silverware,

Super simple to install.ive had it about a month now. Very quiet! You dont even know its on! Dishes are always clean. Being able to wash top to racks only is cool but time is still almost as long as a full 3 rack wash.

VERY pleased with this three rack dishwasher. Cleans well, pretty quiet and lots of convenient space. Rinse only feature is good. Accommodates and cleans pots. and pans, not always perfectly but better than I was used to. Has option to put each piece of silverware in small compartments separated from the other pieces, so they are more likely to get clean.

This has proven to be a great purchase. I love the third rack and adjustable racks, it is quiet and my dishes come out sparkling and dry. The wash cycles are unusually long but with planning it has proven to be no problem. It is very quiet, a beautiful stainless finish and the recessed handle is a very nice feature....Nothing to bump up against as you are working in front of it.

We previously owned a Maytag. This new dishwasher in the same space feels like 2x more rack space (with the extra rack and layout). The results have been solid. No complaints at this point. Our Maytag had no front display, so you couldn't tell what stage it's in or if the dishes were cleaned without getting really close and looking at the top panel. This KitchenAid has top controls, but also a front display that provides some useful status information. While you can hear the dishwasher if you're listening for it, it's definitely quieter than our Maytag. Installation took me several hours, but I'm no wizard and in no rush. The front cover at the bottom is a bit weird and doesn't really give you a solid feel.
