We've had our fridge for several weeks and like it. Organization is easy due to many drawers and compartments. It runs very quietly and so far has pleased us in every way! We look forward to using it for many years-along with our very quiet and reliable Kitchen Aid dishwasher!

Love this refrigerator. It is well designed with a space for everything. The drawers are deep and the bottom freezer drawer fits 2vlargd frozen pizzas and has two extra drawers. Everything fits so well in this fridge. So happy with it and it is beautiful.

Great storage and versatility being able to set a different temp in one of the drawers. Produce drawer has kept everything the freshest of any fridge I’ve had.

Beautiful and design engineers really have produced a commercial quality product for homeowners.

OMG it's all that i wanted in a fridge, has lots of space and the draws are big enough for all the food. Love it so much!!!

We love this Frig, Plenty of room and keeps all our produce fresh. Makes ice like a champ.

I purchased my KitchenAid refrigerator in August 2018 and have had multiple service calls which has cost me nearly $2000 in repairs

Looks good and keep the food cold, but I haven’t had it long enough to really say how good it is.

Fridge is nice, smaller drawers feel more loose than they should but I think that’s intended. Best Buy delivery was a disappointment though

Love the styling and utility of the five-door/drawer model. It's a beast--may even be more room than I need. The counter-depth model might have been adequate in retrospect. The soft-close vegetable and deli drawers are awesome. The platinum interior and LED lights create a clean and updated look.

My wife loves this fridge. The design allows for significantly more usable space than our GE (which kept breaking). The clear window allows you to monitor ice levels and it is much quieter than our old fridge. She especially looves the room in the two doors and easy access/close features.

Delivered on time and works as advertised. One of the doors was slightly low but I adjusted. Takes some getting used to the slow close doors. Had to move the shelves a couple of times to get the configuration which works best for us. Love the lighted shelves and the overall lighting inside.

Love the design very spacious and the extra drawers... I eventually purchased the a counter depth, w platinum interior ... this was my second choice but since there is only 2 of us we didn't need the extra space... I did love the larger freezer and 2 individual drawers.... love the style too

Everything you read about the poor quality of the Kitchenaid and Whirlpool refrigerators these days are true. Our 2-year-old $4,000 black stainless 5-door refrigerator started exhibiting all of the common problems 4 months ago. Interior lights not working, control panel non-responsive, ice and water not working, evaporator units freezing up, water leaking on the floor. Two different repair companies replaced wiring harnesses and all of the electronic boards and to no avail, today it finally died. It literally quit cooling and the food began to spoil. Little did we know at the time that the iced-up evaporator was thawing and leaked water underneath and now has ruined our hardwood flooring. Now that has to be repaired on top of buying a new refrigerator. It is unbelievable how much we paid for this appliance to have it quit in 2-years. This is unfair to the American consumer. Whirlpool you should be ashamed. Fix your design problems!

Love the drawers for produce and snacks. The French doors and adjustable glass shelves are awesome. Love the freezer. It has drawers for frozen veggies and meats. It even has a place for pizzas.

We looked at every available product lineup & family from all manufacturers.... this is simply the best!

The issues with a broken ice box then issues with the drawer and it taking over 2 months to get parts and repair has caused me to get a new refrigerator. Major flaw in the design was to put the drawer button display right under the ice/water dispenser. bad design.
