The fridge/freezer was delivered on the agreed date/time. Very happy with the delivery experience. They moved my old fridge to a different room on a lower floor and moved it through tight spaces with no damage to my walls! The fridge/freezer is working very well ... very happy with my purchase. The only complaint so far is that the replacement water filters are very expensive so I will be trying an alternative supplier. Very happy with my BestBuy buying experience.

The issues with a broken ice box then issues with the drawer and it taking over 2 months to get parts and repair has caused me to get a new refrigerator. Major flaw in the design was to put the drawer button display right under the ice/water dispenser. bad design.

Great pricd, perfect size for our new kitchen. Looks good with all of our other matching appliances.

Purchased as an open box. Delivered inoperable 2 service calls later and a fridge of spoiled food later it is working. Note took 2 week. Working fridge is great!

I am picky about the water filter flavoring my water but the one on this product is awesome. I haven't gotten it filled up yet but I am excited about the storage.

This is the best refrigerator I have had in a long time. The one before this was an LG. The LG was junk from day one. After the warranty on the LG went out I had the repair service at my house almost every six months. I found the Kitchen Aide on sale. I did a lot of research before I bought another one. The Kitchen Aide beat them all in service and length of service. Good riddance LG.

Love this refrigerator. It is spacious and so clean and sleek looking. Roomy freezer and I love the drawers that are accessible without opening the doors.

After doing lots of research and reading the reviews of this refrigerator we landed on this one and have zero regret. The ice maker is amazing and super quiet.

We love having the 5 drawers. It is very quite when it is running and making ice.

How on earth does this have good reviews? The amount of money we paid for this and it broke in the first year and has broke 2 times after that and now in quarantine it has stopped working another 2 times! There is ice freezing over the air vents so the air isn’t coming out to make the fridge cold, at first it was just the fridge and now it is the bottom freezer too. Luckily our cheap Frigidaire in the garage is working like a champ. So so extremely frustrated and Kitchenaid doesn’t want to help, I have called. I will never buy a kitchenaid again. I bought all kitchenaid appliances for my new kitchen and my oven sucks too. Doesn’t broil evenly, still after they came to fix it.

Anesthetically pleasing to the eye! We got the black stainless steel and it looks perfect with our black cabinets and blends in well. Very spacious fridge.
