Constantly having to defrost, and the fan turns off. Have read horrible reviews on this model. Any suggestions ? Recalls? Very expensive, to have so many issues! Very disappointed!!!! I would not recommend this product!!! I have in the past loved Kitchen Aid, but after this experience, along with the other reviews, I will not be purchasing this brand!

The damage that the installers did to our home is disappointing. And the follow up from Best Buy to rectify the issue is more disappointing. We have spoke to several people and the tell us that we will be contacted very soon. Nothing!
