I love this refrigerator. It’s very convenient and easy to use. There is a compartment for all of my needs.

I've owned this fridge for three and a half years now. So far it hasn't given me any major issues. I really love the bright LED lights inside. The two little soft close drawers are nice but honestly a little gimmicky. I end up just putting cans of soda and beer in them since they're not really super useful for anything else. Same goes for the little well covered by two sliding plastic pieces inside the main refrigerator area. I really do not like the ice maker. Since it's in the refrigerator the ice barely stays frozen. When the ice is first made it's nice but as it ages it shrinks and starts to melt together. Every now and then I'll just dump the entire ice bucket and have it make a fresh batch. Having had a freezer based ice maker previously I think I prefer that style over this. Having filtered water is great. I use the official Whirlpool Everydrop filters because, even though they're expensive, the few third party ones out there are a little sketchy. For sure, this is a fridge that you buy for looks. Nearly four years on it still looks new. It works just as well now as when I first got it. Fingers crossed that nothing breaks before my extended warranty is up.

We have had this refrigerator for 6 months and loved it until it stopped working. The temperature sensor needed to be replaced. The technician said that it probably was fried due to a power outage. We waited 2 weeks for a replacement to be installed. Had to go buy a mini fridge. We live in an area where the power company routinely shuts of power due to potential fire hazard. Don't buy this thing if you have power outages.

My new refrigerator is exactly what I had expected. It was easy to set up and the delivery team was exceptional.

A disaster, the first 3 delivery attempts resulted in: 1 attempt: they broke the refrigerator on the way 2 tried: the water dispenser was broken 3 attempt: they forgot it in the warehouse 4th attempt: they delivered it, the door was uneven.. THE PERSON WHO DELIVERED IT TOLD MY WIFE THAT IT WAS GOING TO FIX IT ONLY BY PUTTING WEIGHT ON THE DOOR... result: an alleged technical service came 7 days after delivery to tell me that they can't repair it and I need to change it.. Let's see what happens with the 5th attempt.., The truth is all a headache ..,
