THE PERSON WHO DELIVERED IT TOLD MY WIFE THAT IT WAS GOING TO FIX IT ONLY BY PUTTING WEIGHT ON THE DOOR... result: an alleged technical service came 7 days after delivery to tell me that they can't repair it and I need to change it.. Let's see what happens with the 5th attempt.., The truth is all a headache ..,

Stay away, poor product and bad service

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have bought this in February 2019, ice-maker and water dispenser has stopped working multiple time and reapir persons are not able to make it work after 4 trips. No replacement from Kitchen-aid, as per them they do not replace the product and they can not fix. Stuck in a jam with Kitchenaid. Paid 3000 USD for this troubled 5 door refrigerator.
