Needed service within the 1st year, Kitchenaid warranty service was trash as well. 2 more services in the next 2 years and finally geek squad gave the authorization for a replacement unit by year 3. Not only is the unit unavailable until November of 2021, its also 800$ more than when we first purchased it. They've increased the price of this over rated lemon. This entire experience also included some of the worst customer service from the extra 500$ Geek Squad coverage we bought as well. In the end taking store credit for the initial purchase of this piece of trash which was $3000.00 in 2018 and never buying another major appliance with Best Buy or Geek Squad again if possible.
