Rather than swapping out the entry refrigerator to address a damaged door, the techs swapped out the damaged door but the inside door shelf was not provided. I Noticed the missing shelf shortly after their departure and I called the delivery tech and provided notification within minutes of their department. Given they were making their next delivery in the immediate area it would be easy to swing by and provide the shelf. I called twice and never heard back and the missing shelf was never provided. I am still awaiting the shelf.

It works well. Had to adjust to the space. Freezer is a little small. Price is too high. However, it looks good and works well so far.

This is my first Kitchenaid Refrigerator. I found it to be the better quality from the previous brands that I have used. I like the different compartments set up and the measured fill of the water dispenser. One negative thing I can say is it doesn't give you a warning sound when you leave it open for several minutes.

Kitchen Aid Refrigerator is awesome and beautiful.

I would of given a five star, but one of the doors makes a loud noise each time you open it. It also run a little loud.

where to begin LOL we bought this to replace a 4 year old SAMSUNG side by side that couldnt be fixed!! so we decided to spend 3,800 plus tax and extended warranty to buy what were told was a top of the line product made by Whirlpool the 1st one the delivered had insulation foam leaking from all the drawers and back of the unit so we refused it after 2 weeks they delivered another one with the same issue we decided to take it as we were going on 4weeks without a refrigerator and contacted whirpool to have the unit inspected they came out said it was within factory specs from the beginning it never made much ice but after 3 months it basically stopped making ice and things like ice cream would stay frozen They sent a tech out who unplugged and replugged the unit in to reset it and said it was working to factory specs within a week the freezer stopped working so now the unit is 4 months old!! they sent out another tech a week later who said it needed a control board and computer board it took another 8 days for them to come back to replace that so basically now 4 weeks without a freezer or a refrigerator the temp inside the unit was 50 degrees so things started going bad in a day or 2 they came back yesterday replaced both parts and this morning the unit is not working at all inside temp is 53 degrees whirlpool wont replace the unit and wants to send another tech to possibly replace more parts next week which will again take 8 to 10 days to get which means no refrigerator for 2 months or more !! THIS IS THE 1ST TIME IN MY LIFE THAT IM EVEN FILLING OUT ONE OF THESE REVIEWS, BUT I THINK PEOPLE SHOULD BE AWARE THAT WHIRLPOOLS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SEVERLY LACKING AND INDIFFERANT AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUTS IS POOR TO SAY THE LEAST , A UNIT THAT IS 4 MONTH S OLD SHOULD B E REPLACED THEY SHOULDNT GET 4 OR 5 ATTEMPTS TO GET IT RIGHT THATS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR GO WITH A LG WE SHOULD HAVE!

Absolutely love the space, love the organization inside how well you can see everything and know where things are it's definitely a great design. However after having the first fridge replaced due to led lights not turning on inside after 5 mins of having it delivered I had to wait another 2 weeks for my first exchange for another new one. And over the past weekend of having it replaced I finally had the led lights work HOWEVER the shelves also have led lighrs aren't turning on now and now I have to wait again another 2 more weeks for another delivery exchange. I would really love the product if it would only work properly because of how expensive it is and you would think that for it to be kitchenaid which is a higher brand than whirlpool it wouldnt have these issues but I will only cross my fingers the 3rd one works otherwise I'll just simply return it.

I love my new fridge! It has 2 slide out drawers in the freezer which helps making organizing eazier. Having the 2 extra pull out drawers in the middle of the fridge is awesome; I use one for beverages and snacks and the other drawer for all of my salad mixins! The main part of the fridge is super flexible on shelf sizes which is very convenient. The fridge was a little pricey but to me was completely worth it.

I love the industrial look the fridge has however, the stainless steel is only the front doors. Little disappointed about that. Stainless shows fingerprints :( very good quality product made in America;)

We bought our 5 door KitchenAid Refrigerator about a month ago. We are extremely pleased with the looks and utility of it. It's spacious with a great layout.

I really like my new fridge. I love the drawer assist closure which is great for the kiddos. I had a LG to malfunction and I must say I miss the space from the LG but this is still a great fridge

The 5 door setup, along with multiple drawers in the refrigerator and additional slide storage has been extremely useful for us. We've significantly decreased our food waste thanks to much better visibility of food. The ice make is also very quiet in operation. Pricey refrigerator but we expect to make up the price and then some in decreased food waste expense.

We have enjoyed this refrigerator for about to weeks so not a long history. It does seem to be everything we expected. It great quality, and the black stainless is a nice looking finish. Our water pressure is VERY high so the water and ice fill are a little noisier than I would have expected; we are going to try lowering the pressure.

Very quiet. Easy access to freezer items. Much better interior lighting than the old unit. Door storage is much more useful than the old unit; the shelves are deeper and a bit further apart.

Beautiful looking refrigerator. Works great! Could have more freezer & less frig.

Shelf spacing takes time to figure out. Half shelf useless. Freezer holds a lot. Be aware, this is a big unit measure it twice for your area. At handles 4 to 6 inches father out than some units.

Doors don't always close as they are suppose too. Ice maker is really slow. Freezer dent have much room..

Love all of the draws and the large freezer drawer with three shelves that make it easy to find anything.

Very good looking fridge. Works great also! WIsh the front panel was always on though.

Excellent refrigerator, looks good, works good. Couldn't have asked for a better appliance.
