Poor ice maker. Ice seems to melt and refreeze. Shelves look good but food slightly doesn't fit.

This is the absolute worst appliance I have ever purchased. I’ve now owned it for 11 months and have had warranty work done 5 times. Every part inside this fridge has been replaced and still there are issues/things not working. I have a tech at my house right now and he confirmed KitchenAid has spent more money on the parts and labor under warranty than I spent on this fridge (which is a lot!). KitchenAid refuses to escalate my case and refuses to replace the unit for one that works or refund me for this piece of trash. I have also had to have warranty work done on two other KitchenAid appliances that I purchased from Best Buy. DO NOT BUY KITCHENAID APPLIANCES!!!

The outstanding features of this frig made our buying decision easy. We are not into exotic cooking but the ability to separate and preserve perishables are important to us. Now add in the size of the split door section where you can open left or right side or entire section became important for us. Features won out over price!

Ive owned 2 of these in the past 4 years. First one almost made it 3 years then the interior lights, water dispenser and ice maker completely stopped working. So i buy a new one this March with a dent in the front freezer door at a discount. Tonight it completely crapped out. Doing EXACTLY what the last one did. I will NEVER purchase another Kitchenaid appliance EVER!

So far I really like the refrigerator. It does seem a little loud sometimes but other than that the capacity is amazing and I love the drawers.

My wife just loves this refrigerator and I'm quite impressed with it too. Roomy and keeps every item fresh that I've noticed and I'm very particular and picky to detail, I don't think I couldn't have bought a better refrigerator. Very pleased with our purchase.and the price match was absolutely factor that sold me on this item.

Bought this to replace a Whirlpool, which we had bought 3 years ago and within the 1st 30 days I had to replace this one so Im on my 2nd and we'll see how it goes. Overall the functionality, size and appearance are as expected, I just need this thing to last without multiple repairs

Very pleased with our purchase! Spacious, great drawer space - can open without opening the main fridge area. Enjoy the water measurement option! Platinum grey interior, beautiful! Top notch! Our delivery crew, stellar, very professional, seamless.

So its really not a bad fridge. We were looking at similar models that were a few grand cheaper but this was the only one available for immediate delivery, and when you have a broken fridge in the middle of a heat wave you have very little choice. I do appreciate the extra compartments as it makes organization much easier. Aside from that, i don't quite get what makes this fridge so ridiculously overpriced. It doesn't even prevent fingerprints! And quite frankly they are not easy to wipe off either. I feel like for all that extra money it could have at LEAST had that feature, even though the less expensive fridges absolutely did. Ultimately, i completely disagree with the overinflated cost and would highly recommend getting one of the less expensive models instead.

After nearly a year, we love this refrigerator. Great layout allows for a ton of storage and have zero complaints.

Great refrigerator! very spacious, great lighting, very happy with! Got this as an open box item and so far it looks great and does what it should. Especially love the lighting and the space!

We had had such great performance from this machine and compliments from guests on its appearance, functionality and performance. The ice maker, the drawers, the doors and the various compartments are perfect for a family. Another outstanding experience was the installation by the Geek Squad.

I really like its design and good distribution of spaces, the spectacular door handles are not marked with handprints, it is very nice and practical.

Love this refrigerator. Switched over from a side by side and this has so much more room. We aren’t people that freeze meat so this works perfect for us!

Love opening the drawers (2) for produce, meat, etc. without opening the refrigerator. The freezer has two shelves along with the bottom two divided sections along with a separate pizza storage area. Every day I find new things I like about it.

Love the lines, storage and different compartments. Only problem is the ice cubes are small, crescent shaped and melt fairly quickly.

Good looking refrigerator would buy again plenty of room

Love this refrigerator!! It is so spacious and able to fit a lot of items in without it looking crowded, which makes it hard to locate things when you need it.

The 5 door is great. We typically only use the one drawer most of the day so having the 5 door is more convenient then having to open the doors to pull out the drawer. We do have a problem with the ice melting and dripping water because of a damaged seal on the ice maker which is scheduled to be repaired.

It’s incredibly spacious, with also many options for storing food and drinks. The third tray on the freezer, and the pizza slot, are genius. We love it.
