The fridge is very sleek. It does a great job at keeping everything cold and frozen, as it should. The LED lights add to the the slow close drawers make this fridge feel very luxurious.

Not great. Issues with ice forming on the inside of the fridge. Then there was mold that formed in back of fridge. Finally ice maker stopped working. It was not a cheap fridge but thank goodness for geek squad.

I love this refrigerator. It is big enough to hold everything I could need. The two drawers provide quick easy access to frequently used items. The freezer is spacious and allows one to be well organized.

Its really spacious and love the middle part. I can choose to make it a fridge or a freezer.

Love the look of this fridge but the convenience of the 5 drawer designs means the interior door shelves are shorter than most fridges resulting in the inability to put a gallon of milk in the door without bumping the shelves each time you either remove or return the gallon container. Also, it seems to smudge VERY easily, more so than my previous stainless appliances. The interior looks very upscale.

Fridge is nice, smaller drawers feel more loose than they should but I think that’s intended. Best Buy delivery was a disappointment though

Lots of room inside. Everything works great. Make sure you measure the actual hight and width of your fridge as I found they bulge a bit from the injection of foam insulation. I had to modify my kitchen cabinets a little to make it fit because of this

Love the way it allows me to organize the food. Runs very quiet. Keeps food much cooler than Samsung we had previously. Filter easier to replace than Samsung also. No complaints!!

Best refrig I have ever had...more room & organized perfect for my needs. And sufficient ice making for us.

I hate this fridge. There is nothing good about. My ice maker has been repaired multiple times. It leaks, doesn't dispense ice. The freezer gets frost. The door seal on the left door sticks out causing the doors to bang together. The KitchenAid agent said it's not their problem because it's over a year. Best Buy has sent out the Geeks, who cannot do a permanent fix. I would rate it "0" if there was that level. Why do I have to have wait for a repair every few months? This is a true lemon. You cannot open the bins unless fully unless you open both doors. Bad design. The drawers in the freezer are not tall enough except for flat items. Enough, you get the point. Also, the ice maker, when it did work, did not support a hot summer day with two people, let alone a crowd. Rapid Ice mode only sticks for a while, then goes back to pokey mode. Also, the ice dropping is LOUD! Best Buy Geeks say all the repairs have to happen within 2 months on the same part in order to get the fridge replaced. KitchenAid repairs under an authorized dealer do not count.

We loved this so much that we bought the exact same one after we moved! It looks very good, has lots of practical space, and has the reliability of the KitchenAid brand!

The sales people were all very helpful but the real stars were your delivery guys. The whole process was so streamlined from the advance calls and texts and then a final 2 hour window. The only snag was that was no manual because it was an open box buy and we couldn't get the refrigerator to cool initially but I was able to download a manual online and figured out. Otherwise a great experience.

We are so pleased with this refrigerator. It has so many amazing features like lights in the shelves that help you see everything. We also love the two middle drawers it keeps all of our produce fresh.

Works very well. Meets all of our needs for what we needed in a good appliance. Ice maker in door is very convenient and metal parts for the mechanism are great. Some people might question the cost, but if you want quality, this one is the way to go.

Got a great deal on an open box item. Fridge works great. Love all the features and the storage capacity is fantastic. Highly recommend this refrigerator!

We are in love with this fridge! We hadn't planned on spending this much...in fact we doubled our budget when we set eyes on this baby! It really is beautiful, ice and water dispenser is magnificent and tons of space. Looks commercial grade!
