I was hesitant to buy it after the reviews I had read. I think it’s better than my other refrigerator that serves craft ice. I like this one because it seems to keep food more fresh. That’s really the most important thing a fridge can do. Nice interior, well designed freezer. If o had one wish for all refrigerators, it would be separating the water and ice features again not with a button.

The only flaw is the little drip tray doesn't secure fully and is always dropping when touched. You would think a quality built fridge like this would have had better attention to detail on the drip tray.

It keeps items cold but overall, don't recommend. This was such an expensive fridge, I really was expecting more.

It sounds like an attic fan (like we had in an old house years ago) with a low roar. Just hope it isn't a sign of trouble ahead. Fortunately, the noise isn't constant.
