I've already had to place a service call to have the fan blades in the freezer replaced. When I explained the problem they sent the parts before the technician leading me to believe that it's a known defect with the fridge

It got damaged somehow during delivery so I never even got to use it. According to the delivery driver other people have had problems with it, but I cannot speak to its function.

Very happy that we went to the french door style. Seems to have more useable space than the side by side we replaced, even though the cubic feet size was smaller. Really like that the freezer has the trays on rollers so nothing gets lost or forgotten.

Big Fridge, but nice aesthetics!
