    We are very happy with this refrigerator. How ever we are very disappointed in the installation. The damage that the installers did to our home is disappointing. And the follow up from Best Buy to rectify the issue is more disappointing. We have spoke to several people and the tell us that we will be contacted very soon. Nothing!

    Very nice refrigerator with only minor things to mention. There are a couple places that are plastc and I think for the cost, all pieces should be stainless.

    Only issue is ice is smaller size and since it’s not enclosed fully in fridge they stick together and lump up if your not using multiple times a day

    Wasn't counter depth - if your wall ovens are next to your frig this is over kill plus it sticks out way to far - exchanged it for the Samsung Family Hub

    Got a great scratch and dent deal on a great refrigerator. Couple of small dents etc. so what, a 4500$ fridge I got for less than 2 grand, couldn't be happier.
