Danial and Roberto was great. They called me ahead of time to let me know that they were on their way. after taking all the plastic off the refrigerator they explained some things about the refrigerator that they felt we needed to know up front. They were great!

It is smaller than I thought, my fault should have measured. Looks a bit small in my kitchen but other than that I like it.

We continue to have issues with water drainage from underneath the fridge. We have had two groups of technicians out here to no avail. I now have a tech from the Whirlpool company coming.

Absolutely love my new refrigerator! It’s lay out is very smart, and makes the most of every available square inch. I really like the multiple drawers both for the refrigerator and freezer.

Woulld prefer an ice button seperate from the water button rahter then one yu need to toggel back and forth

After about 7 weeks, everything good so far. One drawer cover came loose. I will file a warranty claim for it. I'm not worried about the drawer not being fixed.

We purchased this open box for a very good price. No delivery so we paid people to pick up and deliver. Upon opening the fridge my son opened the doors to find grease and spilled milk on the shelves. My daughter cleaned it up to look new. Once plugged in to sit 24 hours per sales person we heard this loud noise. After appt to the home with geek squad and then phine conversation so he could hear the noise we were told it was a bad motor and never should have been sold. Then were told either replace with another fridge or get a credit to be used in store. NO I want my money back and since this was an open box you need to pick up now. 4 days it sat in kitchen and could not use. 1st open box we bought 3 years ago died after 3 months and went to the dump causevthey would not help. Will NEVER buy another open box item because you cant be sure its been thru the proper channels before being sold

Not fully installed yet as waiting for kitchen cabinets. Looking forward to water hookup.

We bought this unit under the understanding that it was a display model. The fridge come to find out is actually 10 years old and this was NOT disclosed to us. The fridge started having issues so we contacted geek squad and they advised us to contact Kitchen Aid as it was "still under the 1 year manufacture warranty". We contacted Kitchen aid and found out that not only is this fridge 10 years old but had two service calls in 2015 and 2017. Very displeased with best buy and their failure to disclose the age of this fridge and that we have only had it since May of 2024 and it is having issues....

Worked great for first 8months. The ice maker started leaking down inside left door pooling in drawers.. had it serviced under warranty 3x. 3 different parts replaced.. Works as it should now. Recommend getting a warranty.. Unfortunate the high price doesn't mean a good quality product.

The girls working in appliances where helpful and knowledgeable. We went to all the stores in area and came back to Best Buy. They helped us order appliances in line and walked us through next steps. I would recommend to anyone to check out Best Buy for their next appliance purchase.

This ice maker works better than previous ones. Learning how to fit items in refrig a bit tricky.

This is an excellent refrigerator and has all the nice/quality features you'd expect from a KitchenAid appliance. The installation was very quick and easy by the Best Buy delivery team.
