Really like the organizational capability of our new KitchenAid refrigerator. It keeps everything at the desired temperature. Wife especially appreciates the water/ice through the door capability.

Ice maker doesn't produce ice. Doesn't freezer. Drips water to drawers below. Very disappointing for an expensive unit. Service not responsive. Do not purchase KitchenAid. Cheaper units seem to work better.

This refrigerator is the same cubic feet as our old side by side but has so much more storage space it is unreal

Lots of space, the only negative thing I have to say about this fridge is the shelves are close together so if you have items that are tall there is not much space. But I made do and I love it!

I am absolutely in love with this purchase!! This fridge is nothing short of amazing especially the crushed iced feature it crushed that ice down!!

We loved this fridge, but it's too big for the area. We have a smaller kitchen, and the door handles stick out too far. We also preferred the black Stainless, and this model doesn't come with that option, so we switched brands.

Love my new Kitchenaide refrigerator. So pleased how it fit in space of previous refrigerator. It is beautiful inside and out and is functioning perfectly

It’s ok! I thought it wouldn’t leave fingerprints but it does slightly. The freezer looks bigger at the store. Overall it’s ok but there are some things I don’t like! Liked my Samsung but the ice maker kept freezing so I was able to trade for this! Slightly disappointed!!!

not much freezer space when it comes to it, or fresh produce drawer, not much space

Ice maker takes forever to make ice. Refrigerator is much louder than the GE 5 year old one it replaced.

Love this fridge! Have 3 boys that dont know what closing a fridge means (lol). The biggest factor that sold me was the drawers and doors closing on their own! Would recommend to families with kids

I don't think I've ever been more disappointed in a product. We're literally watching our still young 1.5yr old Kitchen Aid fridge fall apart before our eyes. The slideout freezer tray...broken front face. The chrome, taped-on glass shelf strips are all falling off. And now tonight, all upper shelf LED lights have gone out. The replacement board is >$300. Call it a Kitchen Aid, but it's still just a Whirlpool. It's fancy, expensive junk. If you already have it, add the extended warranty before it's too late.

This was an out of box purchase not a scratch & dent , however it had a water filter in the drawer when we looked at it , when it came , none . 2 times my husband went back to store for a water filter2 times the water came out the ceiling of the refrigerator, making us get everything out & wipe all the water out, finally my husband called kitchen aid& when we asked the age of the refrigerator they said it was 7 yrs old ! How does that happen ? We got a different refrigerator & r happy with it.
