I loved the way this item looked in the showroom and loved the thought of separate drawers, but this has been a nightmare from the beginning. On the outside the stainless steel stains and the handprints from the delivery man are still imprinted on the front of the door. I have tried several different items to try to get it out but it is forever stuck there. The freezer door gets stuck and the second drawer jams repeatedly. It is almost unusable. The refrigerator ices over repeatedly. I have asked for help with this several times and have been back to the store, called the help line but now have given up. I keep drinks in this and use my refrigerator in the garage for expensive items.

I liked this refrigerator for about the first year, then the troubles began. We have had consistent and ongoing issues with the unit just suddenly losing all the lights on the inside and the ice maker going out. The fix to this is to turn our breaker on and off to reset it, which we have to do often. My parents have the same model and have the exact same issues, so I know it’s not just an isolated incident. I would not recommend this model to anyone.

Love my refrigerator, has enough room for us. Easier to keep organized lots of drawer space,door space and shelving can be adjustable to fit your needs

Ice stopped working multiple times within the first year and was repaired however still broke and warranty no longer valid and no one will cover the warranty cost. Don't waist your money!

Large family that does lots of entertaining. Plenty of room and areas for storage. Had it now for about 7 months with no mechanical or functional issues.

I love the bottom freezer with all the drawers. I love having the refrigerator drawers also. Love you can empty ice from maker as it has a removable ice bin.

I am so unhappy. They delivered this refrigerator with a dent. The water dispenser leaks. I have gotten nowhere with customer support. When they delivered my refrigerator they ruined my floor. we just moved in our new house and it has marks from when they pushed the refrigerator in and out because they couldn't figure out how to get the ice maker and water maker to work.

This is a beautiful fridge. It allows you to b organized and it holds a lot. I love how it looks and the ease of use. I would definitely buy it again.

Absolutely love this KitchenAid Refrigerator. The kids call it Transformer. Looks great and has storage and all the needed space.

Loving this fridge so far. It is replacing another high end one that we bought 2 years ago that just did not work for us. Hoping this one does. It has been great so far!

Love the refrigerator! We bought it open box and have an issue with the seal on the freezer. No big deal. However, they scheduled the repair and i took the day off work to be home. They emailed a cancellation after the appointment time, due to not having the part yet. It cost me a day off. Not happy about that!

The fridge broke down, still under warranty. We called kitchen aid to repair been over a month and still no part for the repair shop to fix. We spent over 3000 for this fridge and for it to not work within two years is completely disheartening. It is beautiful to look at but as far as dependability it sucks. Even having it covered with my Best Buy home care package was a bust as well as they could not do it. So unhappy with this purchase. Buyer beware.

Kitchenaide refrigerator 5 drawer looks outstanding but after 2 years it has had freezer not working, harness stop working in small drawer, ice maker stop working and now freezer is making a bad loud sound again. Can’t get ahold of customer support. We bought all kitchen appliances from Best Buy but can’t recommend the high-end refrigerator.
