Apparently the meat drawer temperature control is located directly below the water/ice dispenser and any moisture that leaks or drips goes directly to the electronic panel and shorts it out. If they would just place that drawer and panel on the right side it might avoid this problem.

Michael Villalobos but we love the store Best Buy incredible stuff including the delivery associates very helpful and polite this is the only store we buy all are product's for over 20 year's.
