Good appliance. nothing much to add. just doing the work it is supposed to do. nothing special about this cooktop.

Great quality, not as impressed with downdraft fan as much as I thought, but everything else is great.

This cooktop was well worth the money. Unfortunately, the first one they sent was defective, and we had to wait for a second one to be ordered and sent. Luckily the installer was the one that made the decision that it was defective. He could’ve easily put it in and never told me and I would never have been the wiser, he was a great installer. I wish I’d gotten his name. Luckily he came back and installed the second one.

Works well. We are not familiar with all the heating options of the various burners, yet. Only real drawback is that it is gorgeous but the black shows EVERYTHING! We have to keep it wiped clean constantly.

This is a good cooktop, but it is one of only two downdraft options that are available on the market today. If other models were available, I would have chosen one without the large, shiny chrome buttons. Overall, I am happy with the end result, but I had to have the granite hole enlarged to accommodate the dimensions, which resulted in unwanted dust throughout the kitchen despite the best efforts of the installation team.

We had to have this cooktop replaced 2 times. The glass kept lifting from the corner. I have read about manufacturing problems with Kitchenaid recently. Will be replacing with Jenn Air on the next round.

Product has worked great and we have had zero problems so far !!

We replaced our old cooktop with this one. It’s awesome. I can use some of my big pots and pans That wouldn’t fit on my old cooktop! Love it.

Very attractive and so far cooks very well. Surface is a little sensitive to take care of because easily spots and scratches.

This stovetop works very well and is easy to clean.

The product is a replacement of similar KitchenAid. I really prefer gas to electric but, that is not an option in my kitchen. The install company was a rip-off - con. They charged me an additional $150 for the exhaust hose from range to exhaust. Took them all 3 minutes to connect a $25 dollar part. Never use Lone Star Installers for your products. Your customers will be upset.

So far so good, looks great so great that the misses want her counter tops changed now. The guys who installed it were great and helpful.

The installers were on time and in and out in 30 minutes. Very polite and even asked to clean area around where they took out old cooktop Impressive!! Best Buy has got install done right.

The cooktop was purchased to replace a 23 year old Jenn Aire unit which had seen better days. The price was right-between a new Jenn Aire and GE Profile. It was a perfect fit without any modifications to the countertop, and a couple of small elbow sections aligned the vent. The 3 speed vent fan works great.

I really love our new cooktop. The installation went well; and it is very efficient. Very pleased with our purchase!

Kitchenaid always makes great products and we would have loved to have kept this in our kitchen however after getting it home we realized that the amperage was too much for our antiquated power grid at home. This cooktop is a prime example of what other cooktops aspire to and is well worth the money.

This was one of my best purchases. We love cooking with it. It’s the perfect match to our new double oven. A special thanks to Gina for recommending it.

On a whim, we stopped in a Best Buy warehouse sale while out of state. We had been wanting a new cooktop with a downdraft to replace one from the 80’s. It looks fabulous in our kitchen!

Scratched immediately after first use, but it’s the only cooktop option out there that’s electric with a built in vent.
