This is my second kitchenAid and I am happy with the way the dishes get cleaned and come out dry!!! The third rack is nice, but I have not used it that much. I have had this a month and so far so good!

We did a lot of research and I’m very satisfied with this purchase. The buttons cover well so the kids can’t see it or play with it. It’s very quiet I almost have to listen to make sure it’s on. The dark stainless steel looks beautiful! Very happy!

Hubby ran out of mugs before we ran out of places to put dishes. Love the 3rd rack to put all smaller items, my wish has been granted! This has extremely long wash cycles. Maybe too long.

Absolute nightmare of an experience

What a nightmare has this been. I first ordered online at bestbuy.com. Scheduled delivery and install for the dishwasher. A week later on the day of the install, I find out the unit they sent is damaged. Had to wait 24 hours for their support to help me reschedule. Next appointment, I waited all day and then my appointment was cancelled. Then another round of back n forth with support. You can't even get help from the staff at the physical store. Finally after a month from the time I ordered, I had the dishwasher delivered and installed today. The installers were not very professional. Left a mess that I had to clean up afterwards. Didn't even test run the dishwasher. They just rushed through the install. In the end, I started my first wash cycle and it ended up with a F9 E1 error. It is not draining the water properly! Called support and they said they cannot help and you have to wait 24 hours.

There is a place for everything to fit. The removable silverware rack has different size spaces to fit extra wide silverware. Clean dishes every time.

The newer models take some getting used to and not much has changed. A lot more plastic components used in manufacturing vs 6-7 years ago.

Beware of rust

Dishwasher is super quiet and appears to do a nice job, but very concerned about the longevity if rust is showing already. Best But offered no direct assistance other than sending me to the manufacturer.
