This was back ordered from when we ordered it in late october and just revieved it today 12/9. The color is better in person and its really simple to setup

This was a last minute Black Friday purchase. The quality is good for the price. Not a high end item but with enough modern characteristics.

Maybe we just got a bad unit. It worked perfectly for a few weeks then we started get keypad errors when using the oven. Multiple errors like a button was stuck, keypad was disconnected and stuck cancel key. Best Buy is replacing the unit but back ordered until March. Like I said great when it works but I cannot recommend at this point. Stove top has had no issues.

Don’t buy this. Not worth the money. The green paint on top chipped within the first month of us having it. The stove top is impossible to keep clean. The burners take forever to get warm. I wish I went with the induction Samsung oven.

unit failed after two uses - control panel went dead - geek squad did not know how to repair & said to have it replaced with new unit - BB did this - this 2nd unit also failed in the exact way - I asked for pickup of this unit & returned for full refund - refund was granted after I visit to BB store -01/16/2026 they shorted me $ 42.89 because would not refund freight charge.
