I love gas stoves and i love the ability to use every piece of space on the oven! I can use it and finally cook big meals with less effort.

First, the good service provided by our sales associate. He catered to our needs and return our calls promptly whenever he can. Then, the price of the product which is comparable to other stores. The time to process our credit application is also easy.

Hard to keep clean and scratches very easily. Would buy it again just be warned that it is hard to keep clean. We originally ordered all white appliances,but KitchenAid is not making them during the pandemic.

According to the repairman, there was a connection loose from the factory. Before it was fixed, I had to use a lighter to start the burner. This to me, reflects on the manufacturer of the product and their quality inspection folks.

The warranty provided with the oven clearly states that "Solid state control system parts" are covered for 5 years. Kitchenaid refuses to honor warranty.
