Love the features convection speeds the cooking time up

I have one problem with this oven it takes too long to heat up!! I had kitchen aid stove before for 12 years I did not have this problems, I was wondering if anyone has the same issue!!!!!

The quality of the stove is there in terms of functionality. The exterior nickel finish shows blackish spot marks that have to be constantly cleaned. The smooth stove top can be a chore to maintain at times. It easily smudges and can be cumbersome to keep a lustrous shine.

Product is damaged. No phone call to replace. Being put on hold several times now with no response to replace this product . I call and get the same run around every time. I was told someone would be callung the day of delivery. Very disappoi ted in this service

Oven temp will not stay consistent Set for 350 , food was not done in 1 hour I placed a thermometer inside to test temp 320 Took another hour to bake my casserole Called customer service, instructed to unplug for 2 minutes to reset Turned back on with thermometer inside Heated to 400 for 20 minutes, then dropped to 320 for 20 minutes, back up to 350 Temp was all over the place I did better baking with my easy bake oven as a child Horrible stove

This is a very bad product. Its thin like a tin can. The first one was delivered damaged the second one was worse. I returned it and went with another brand. I was told that even though this product was $1300 it was on the lower end and it came from a different place that manufactures them "not a real Kitchenaid product" unless it was $2500 or higher. Very badly and cheaply made.

Cook top is very delicate has sharp edges and bottom drawer is small .

One thing I would have loved is if it had indicator for each individual cooktop element showing whether it is stil hot or not. Wish there was larger storage space in the bottom. The storage drawer is smaller in size compared to what I was using previously. Overall the performance is good.

Very difficult to see the lines in the tops easy to get dirty and sleepers when the water is boiling and dripping is dangerous I’m scared to use

After researching the quality of brands we purchased this stove in March of 2019 for my aging mother. In August of 2021, the heating element already needs to be replaced. We tried to purchase nice appliances so that we could in turn enjoy the quality. We didn't intend on having to repair anything this soon. Everything else is fine. I can't say that I would purchase this brand again.

It works ok, the top is hard to keep clean. I have never had a glass top before so I guess its like that with all of them.

Ended up taking it back! It was a open box also. BUT it had been dropped so both sides were squished at the legs area. AND the glass top was lifted up and not sealed down. 1 of the burners didn't get warm at all, the other just a little and it should have had a very hot burner. The racks wouldn't slide in at the back as the inside was squished.

Extremely slow to cook. Inconsistent cooking patterns. Glad I paid less for it at the outlet.

It is not easy to cleaning, it doesn’t heat good , the price is to high

The top is very hard to protect from scratches. The towel door is way below KitchenAid reputation. Flimsy and gets stuck when pulling it out and hard to close.

No user’s manual available And no one interested in helping

The stove is not of good quality. The bottom door is cut when you open it and the top part is very ugly and is peeling off.
