The tech guys were great they put my Elliptical machine together fast and they were nice and friendly

The Proform 9000 needs to be manufactured more carefully as the base parts are ill-fitting. I had to return the machine three times to have one that fit properly. Best Buy Total Tech Support does not have a repair team to fix problems on treadmills. If they had this expertise, I would not have had to return the treadmill. Best Buy needs to develop their expertise in this area as returning this product is time-consuming (un-assembling old machine and assembling new machine takes at least 4-5 hours), difficult to coordinate (Best Buy doesn't want to delivery the new machine and take away of old machine on same day), and frustrating (many hours spend on the phone and going into Best Buy to resolve the issue). The third-party delivery team was careful with the equipment and my house when setting up the treadmill, responsive to customer wants and needs, and extremely courteous. Each time they brought out a new machine, they provided excellent service. Overall, the Proform 9000 treadmill is worth the wait. It is a wonderful machine for the price. It is worth the money to keep your Total Tech Support membership in case there is a problem with the treadmill later down the road.

The technician was on time and very pleasant and did the job quickly and efficiently. However he noted on his paper work that it was "a removal of old equipment," rather than the actual return of a product that did not work out and for which I was promised a FULL refund so I had to drive to the store to get the proper credit because Best Buy, in a really bad customer service move, makes this kind of transaction impossible over the phone as a customer cannot speak to anyone at the local store. You would get a lot more business from me if this wasn't true.

Out of the box, this piece of equipment worked pretty well, although there was some sloppy manufacturing with the handlebars so only 3 of the 4 bolts were able to be lined up with the threads. We used it for about 2 weeks when a terrible rubbing sounds started emanating from the inside of the machine. I spoke with tech support from Pro-Form and they said I would have to completely disassemble the machine (all the parts I put together PLUS the mart of the machine that came put together from the factory with all the "guts"!) I'm a very handy person but after an hour of fighting with it, I realized that after diagnosing it, I was also going to be responsible for doing the repair myself. I bought this so I could spend time exercising....not doing more "projects", so I opted to just return it instead of trying to do a repair myself and hope that it was the only thing that would go wrong with it. if you buy this, I would be sure to buy some sort of extended service plan that includes parts AND labor....because if you have to fix it yourself you're in for a frustrating experience! Defects aside, the iFit app was pretty good. The built-in tablet is pretty slow (under-powered), and sometimes when booting up it would fail. The developers of the software decided to just add a "retry" button instead of engineering a product that worked well. As a software developer myself, it was pretty clear to me that this was developed on a shoe-string budget and/or by a pretty inexperienced team of engineers. For the price, I would have expected a better user experience, better performance, and higher quality of manufacturing.

Nothing much to review honestly. Best Buy guys came and took out the Hydro rower the first Best Buy crew screwed up installing.

Pick up on time. 2 men Worked well together getting product out of Condo. They struggled a bit getting product onto elevator. But it all worked out.

This machine is awesome, I'm very happy I purchased it. The workouts are affective and intense, but not too difficult for casual user. It sometimes squeaks but that doesn't stop me from working up a sweat

Alvaro was the person that came to install and uninstall the equipment because the first installer did a very poor job. The service is excellent, but it depends on the installer. My first experience was bad and disappointing, but when Alvaro was sent to clean up the poor job that was done by the previous installer, made a huge difference. He was professional, careful and knowledgeable. Kudos to Alvaro… Great job!

This treadmill is easy to use and it folds for easy storage and even though it is heavy it is veryveasy to move once it is folded up... i am very happy with my choice... the first one i bought was damaged when itvwas delivered and i called best buy the sent someone to pick it up and then they sent a replacement out and they installed it in no time....

They were professional in taking the treadmill apart and taking it away.

The workers for Best Buy complained that I should have dismantled the unit to make it easier for them to remove it ???? They picked it up and forced it thru the doorway.....

We purchased an Echelon bike that was knocking when pedaling. When trying to adjust it, per instructions, we noticed the bolt to adjust was already stripped. We went in to Best Buy and completed the exchange. Their delivery guys took out the original bike and replaced it with new. It was all very easy and pain free.

The crew to replace the exercise equipment that was put together wrong by the original delivery crew did a great job.

I recommend Best Buy team for their expertise in making sure you get quality work done. My experiences with their team has been great. They were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Breakdown of equipment and removal was fast and without any issues.

Staff was excellent. I bought a treadmill that has an issue and Best Buy replaced it AND took away the first one with no issues. Was great I didn’t have to take it apart. Their staff also put the new one together for me. All around great staff.

Had to return a defective treadmill within 2 weeks of installation. Scheduled an uninstall (which was very smooth to do). The tech that came to do the uninstall and carry back was quick, efficient and very courteous. Everything went well

After multiple calls I finally received my refund. 1-1/2 months later. Jerome was amazing he’s the only reason I would purchase anything from Best Buy/ Geek Squad.
