    Charger will not maintain 40A at ambient Temperatures above 70° for more than about 10 minutes, as plug temperature sensor drops output. 36 amps or 8000kw at 235 volts is best it will do continuously. Both cables are noticeably smaller gauge wire than the juice box it replaced.

    Its a great charger but you do have to plug and unplug after every use or the error light flashes. That makes it a little inconvenient, other than that it has worked as expected.

      Our product management team has replicated the issue, and it seems like it only occurs when the charger is not actively charging a device. Unplugging and replugging the charger into the outlet allows it to function normally.

      While this can be inconvenient, it does not affect the charger's ability to charge your device. It only happens when the charger is plugged into the outlet but not charging a device. We recommend unplugging the charger when not in use to allow it to power cycle and be ready for the next charging session. Rest assured, this issue does not impact the overall functionality or safety of the charger.

    Charger works great. Delivers fast Level 2 charging for my EV (Rivian R1T) from home. Heavy duty cord is very durable. Includes carryimg case so you can bring your own cord when traveling dar feom home! I would recommend. I would buy again.

    DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. After 4 months of purchased, it stopped working. I went to BestBuy and they told me to contact the manufacturer. BestBuy doesn't offer extended warranty on this product. I spent $299 plus tax and now I have to see if manufacturer can solve this problem.

    The fit and finish are good. It charges pretty quickly. But after each charge, or toward the end of each charging session, the charger faults and I have to unplug it and plug it back in to reset the charger. It getting to be a pain.
