Didn't even see the second option until the item arrived. Customer service agent in chat literally just stopped responding after a while and never came back.

I did not receive a Lego City package - not even close it was a Lego birthday train with much fewer pieces and not nearly as cute. Lego is Lego but the set I got was not even close. The order process was easy and the associates friendly but the fulfillment was a zero in my book
