Good computer overall. I would recommend to friends.

so far this has been a really cool addition to my tech stuff around the house. and I have nothing to complain about it except that at times it seems to catch a little lag between applications. but other than that, I enjoy the nice large screen, touch screen, etc.

Some issues waking computer up from sleep mode. Some issues getting 8.1 loaded and other apps I like. Not as user friendly as I would like and no real direction. Like the touch screen and all-in-one

Woul recommend this computer to anyone and everyone because it is so clear and visable. The touch screen is awesome and I find the pictures extremely clear and crisp. I just wish I knew it came with some virus protection which I would have upgraded; because I felt pressured to purchase additional protection!

Love the size of the computer. Everything is wireless and compact. Easy to navigate and easy installation instructions.

We love our new computer and being so behind the times it was refreshing to have a computer that was so easy to use. Our salesman was beyond patient and wonderfully educated on the product and answered for every single question we had!!!

Great battery, great portability. Very fast. Perfect for watching Netflix on when on the road

Overall a very nice laptop computer. It is used for business and pleasure. Is very efficient. Great screen quality.

The computer was a basic set up which is all I wanted. The keyboard did not work even after trouble shooting. To replace the keyboard the entire setup had to be hauled back to the store. They could not just exchange the keyboard or replace it with something else. The sales clerk dropped the monitor on the counter while unpacking for the return/exchange. They didn't have another in stock. The manager worked with me to get me another setup without increase cost or another trip ( 100 miles round trip) . I was very pleased with the manager and her customer service. There is a bit more to the story but this covers the important parts.

My Reps seem to like it and have not heard any complaints.

I had issued with the wireless not working and the touchscreen monitor. The wireless driver had to be reinstalled, still not working properly. It would be really slow on the internet. Bubbles like raindrops would come up on the screen click on anything it can at least few times a day. I was told it the laptop is one of the best. Not.

I brought this computer to replace my computer that had a hard drive that crashed. Having some issues getting used to Windows 8 but Windows 8 is the only thing selling right now

Great to use for work, internet and games. Convenient to use and very easy to use.

excellent purchase, could have geek members return their phone calls in a timely fashion.

really enjoying using this new computer. It is very user friendly and having BestBuy tech support is a plus!

Biggest problem is with Geek Squad set-up. I'm still having a number of issues in understanding and getting things to work.

Really like this product. Much better than my Vaio, which was a constant disappointment.

After having other pcs such as HP, Dell this product has made it easy to work with.
