    have it for 3 week before review. is try to do all thing I can think of ,for use every day download /upload , play game.it work very well no problem at all. only complain is Windows 10 OS. not good as good as Windows 7 or 8

    Been shopping for a new tower and ran across this little beauty for $400!!! Paired it up with a 24" monitor for $80! Seriously, this was a smoking deal that I couldn't pass up and does everything I need!! Thanks, Best Buy!!!!

    I don't usually write reviews, but this computer stopped working the 2nd day I had it. It froze up trying to do an update, then would freeze up on start up. I tried all the repair options available at start up, but it would fail on the repair, and system restore. I tried to put it back to factory settings, but it froze up during the windows installation process. After that, I couldn't even get to the start up options. I just returned it today, and the Best Buy staff were great and it was no hassle to get a refund. I thought of a replacement, but I just can't trust a manufacturer whose product quits working on the second day.

    THE COMPUTER GOT STUCK AT THE LOADING SCREEN AFTER THE FIRST UPDATE. TRIED RESTARTING AGAIN STUCK AT THE LOADING SCREEEN TOOK IT BACK TO BEST BUY AND RETURNED IT.
