Don't buy! As other reviews said Won't turn on!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The very first time this computer was plugged in it turned on (without my pressing the on/off button). A message on the screen said it hadn't been shut down correctly - Huh? it was supposed to be brand new. The computer was able to reboot itself and I followed the set up instructions. It kept getting hung up, but would continue after a bit. I was then instructed to update Windows10. Once upgraded, I was instructed to restart the computer. That was the last time this thing turned on! Atleast Best Buy customer service was nice and arranged the return without any problems.
