    The processor is very fast. I had concerns about fan noise. It isn't a problem. The wireless mouse is a bit too cute by half. I still use the old mouse for specific purposes.

    I have a Yoga 900 and that works great, but I want a touchscreen monitor and a single unit, no more messy wires. It is light weight and can be moved around house easily.

    I feel like Lenovo cut some corners by using a hard drive instead of an SSD. All in all the PC is fine, nothing super special though to be honest.

    We have been using this pc for regular work and school related items and it has been performing admirably. Items I found annoying are the installed Lenovo apps. Also, I realized later that the video graphics card on it may not be the best one out there if you are into high end graphics for gaming. The included keyboard is not full-size and is sometimes little challenging to get acquainted to. Not sure why Lenovo choose to not have a right sized keyboard.

    I had a shaky first day after set up but whatever was going on cleared up by the second day and it’s worked fantastic since. Programs load fast.

It sounds like the issues you mentioned during "day one" with your Lenovo IdeaCentre 520s-23 AIO may have been operating system software updates. You can easily check the health of this device and keep the operating system up to date. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. lenovo

    Very similar to the last computer I had. Hopefully it will last longer than the last one, which the touch screen went bad right after the warranty expired. Seems to be ok at this time. would have cost almost as much to repair as to buy a new one.

    To my delight there was an open box at amazing price; it works perfectly; fast and display is dazzling. I have two issues: 1. I had to stop using mouse; does not respond easily and requires pressing hard to point where my arm started to ache. I spend much time adjusting the settings to no avail; is it just a bad product and do others have this experience? The keyboard is fine. 2. I want to upgrade to 16 ram. I know most All In Ones have the components crammed it which makes this complicated. Is it hard or easy to upgrade the ram?

With regard to the mouse, you can make adjustments to the mouse in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "mouse" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the mouse there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the mouse sensitivity by increasing the delay of the mouse. The RAM and hard drive are user upgradable on this model. It is not a project for a novice but is doable. If you have any concerns about your ability to do the job, we recommend you contact the Best Buy Geek Squad for expert, professional installation.
