I'm one who prefers big screens so this 2-in-1 is the perfect solution. I don't use a standard laptop much and this Chromebook fits my needs. Slight learning curve. I was hoping for a more pc-like experience. I wish I could install programs and I wish the internal file system was easier to navigate. I don't want to store sensitive files in the cloud but I resolved this with an external hard drive. It's a little heavy and I wish I could personalize it more. These are the reasons I took off 1 star.

Couldn't get the printer to connect to the Chromebook-called Lenovo & they said it wouldn't connect because it is NOT a computer. Took it back & got a laptop which connected easily. If you need to use a printer, don't buy a Chromebook. If you don't need to use a printer, it's easy to use & the keyboard along with the touch screen are great.

User friendly, great price, lightweight, classy look

I bought this Chromebook for $399 which makes it an okay value considering that the security update support expires in 2025. Unfortunately the regular price for $499 is too much as this does not have a backlit keyboard. Otherwise it seems like having an 8 to 12 hour battery life depending on usage, it is easy to set up and works pretty fast with web-based applications. if you are depending on desktop applications like Adobe Photoshop, etc. this is not the notebook for you but for web-based applications, even Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel it is an excellent choice.

Fantastic Chromebook. Snappy, excellent picture quality, and the screen flip function is really comfortable for media consumption. The build quality is pretty decent as well. If you spend a little extra on a machine like this, it’ll last you a lot longer than those cheap Chromebooks.

I bought this to use an everyday computer to keep in the family room for general use. Perfect for checking emails and web. Very fast, large screen for Netflix etc. Open box item was a great price too. Battery lasts a very long time. Perfect for gmail and Google chat.

Nothing fancy about this Chromebook. It does everything you'd expect from one, which is limited compared to a laptop.

This inexpensive option works for all of my needs.

I love this computer! Excellent battery life. Easy to use and I don't miss Windows. Chrome updates are quick and easy and Chrome will let you know what was updated.

Didn't have an operating system, exchanged it for Microsoft computer

I think this Chromebook is excellent or what I use it for, social media, internet searching info, shopping & other research. It seems fast to me, very easy to setup and use. I am very happy with this purchase!

Upgraded my son's Chromebook to this model and it's shown very good battery life. He does a lot of online watching on it and the screen size and weight makes it ideal and very portable.

I purchased this Chromebook as a replacement for my 8yr old Toshiba Satellite. Out of the box I absolutely loved it. My Toshiba was barely above dial-up speed at the end, whereas this thing is blazing fast. I do wish I had done my homework prior to purchase. I frequently work from home and need to access my office network. Unfortunately it didn't dawn on me that a Windows platform might be required for that, rendering my computing upgrade mostly moot. As much as I enjoy the ease of the Chromebook, my phone will always be way more convenient for basic surfing, so not familiarizing myself with the Chrome OS prior to purchase was a mistake.

It's fast startup and navigating light weight.The touch screen is easy to use and you can add mouse if you like .Great and easy to use as tablet only thing missing is a disc drive

Very nice build quality and excellent battery life. Tablet function is a plus. I use this to remote in to my office pc, Works great, the i3 processor really is fast.

It is very practical and I like it a lot for its double function, it is light, its battery lasts long enough and its price I consider is very good.

This is a great laptop if you can work with chrome. Beautiful screen. Large viewing area. Good amount of RAM. Great price! Most of what we do is on the web now so this meets our needs very well.

I love everything about it. I love the size of the display screen. It works fast and I love the feature of it being the same as what is on my phone. Lenovo is giving HP a run for their money.
