We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your webcam on the Lenovo C340-15 Chromebook, model number 81T9000QUS. This model ships with a 720p (HD) webcam and Dual Array Microphone. First check to be sure that you have removed the protective flexible, clear tape that the factory puts over the lens of the webcam to protect it from scratches while in transit. The plastic film is almost clear and hard to see if you are not looking for it. If there isn't any plastic covering on your webcam lens, you can try resetting the Chromebook back to original factory settings. The will reinstall all the drivers, including those for the webcam. Google Docs is completely compatible with Microsoft Office Programs and this is a free service through the Google Server. If you must have the actual Microsoft Office Programs, you can purchase Microsoft Office 365 for this Chromebook at the Google Play Store.
