Zero memory. Even before I've downloaded any new applications, it is already out of memory to run properly. It is not upgradeable either. And what's worse, i bought 3 of them, not knowing thar they're completely useless.

This Lenovo was a great price for a desk top pc. Best Buy curbside pickup was great during this Covid-19 time.

I never thought a computer could be a drama queen until I bought this piece of junk.Some days it worked some days it couldn't get past start up ,always slow like using old windows 95.

It looks sounds & performs as expected. We are very satisfied. It is a plug & play device. It actually walks you thru the set up itself!

I knew it wasn't at the top of the scale, but for what I need, this is perfect for me. I use it for emails and to order items online.

This Lenovo PC arrived on time, undamaged, was easy to set up, and is doing everything we need: email, web surfing, downloading and editing photos from our camera, etc, It has an internal DVD drive which has become rare these days. Lots of USB ports. We were offered optional Microsoft Office 360 at a very low price and we bought that too. We're very pleased with our purchase.

I purchased this as an open box for an unbelievable price. I removed the 4GB memory and installed two 8GB sticks(that is the max mem). It is fast and can access my wifi with no problem in an outside building that is thirty feet from my router. The small foot print gives me extra desk space. Great computer for the money.

Bought it for my WFH job and loved it. Its quiet and meduim size. No issues so far.

I would not recommend this computer. When it was first started it worked well. We waited a week to start it again and Microsoft installed a weekly Windows 10 update. The screen resolution was grayed out and stuck on 640 x 480 (huge). I could not change it at all. We called the Geek Squad and they told us to bring it in for repair. Then they said that Windows would need to be restored to the previous version. Does this mean that Windows can never be updated? I tried to roll back the graphics driver, that didn't work either. Plus! This computer is very slow. I am spoiled with solid-state, instant-on, hard drives. I returned the computer for a refund.

Cheap price and the only desk top you had in stock. You get what you pay for. Very slow, not much ram. Not at all happy with it. Returned to store for a refund.

Great tower and great. Easy to set and easy to use. I was able to transfer my data from my old computer with no problems.

I would get a faster processor the next time but this works, just not as quick as I would like

Hard drive was bad but BB was great with sending me a new one. Hopefully this was just a fluke. I'll give it another try.

I got this for my parents. It worked well for their needs.

with covid, had to get this for home schooling. it works just fine . we aren't gaming, just doing 7th grade school work

You will definitely want to upgrade the RAM on this. It was slower than molasses in winter. Also, the mouse was DOA, but I already planned on getting a different mouse. I got it so my daughter could play online games with me and it handles them pretty well.

My custom PCs motherboard fried and I needed a quick replacement while getting my other PC repaired. This definitely does what I needed it for. I use it for basics like email & internet, plus photo editing. It's a perfect inexpensive computer for someone with basic need (plus a bit more).
