She’s in 2nd grade and kind of need it. The laptop takes around 5 minutes to load Windows (brand new with nothing in it). And an average to 3 minutes to load the ISD website. Forget about doing homework or practice anything. At the beginning, I thought it was matter of updates but, after three days of doing updates, performance didn’t improve. I tried to do a factory reset but it failed a couple of times.. Tried to return it to Best Buy but I was late one day based on their return policy even thought I initiated the return and got the bar code during the return period (I must be use to Amazon return policies!). When the employee told me about the return policy, I refused to take the laptop with me and asked him to throw it to the trash, it’s trash. In conclusion, stay away from this laptop. And I would use other vendors with a more flexible return policy when possible rather than Best Buy.

Unfortunately, for me, I’ll need more space to do the work that I need to do. It was difficult for me to even look at emails but for a child who only needs to do one thing, this is a perfect computer and great for the price point.

Processing speed was that of a turtle and then the screen would freeze. Impossible to watch or stream because it wouldn't load, even to check banking or emails was sooooo slow or wouldn't load at all
