    I hate to tank Lenovo's numbers with this review as the computers have not been opened yet, it is really a Best Buy review. This product specifically states on Best Buy's website that it comes with two free items included with the laptop. The free items that come with the laptop are: Microsoft - Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 1 Month Membership - Activation Required [Digital]...AND....Norton 360 (3 Device) with LifeLock Identity Advisor (1 Adult) Internet Security Software + VPN (6 Month Subscription). I purchased TWO of these laptops as GIFTS, but I only received ONE Xbox Game Pass code (same for the Norton stuff). The Xbox codes were going to be included with the laptop as part of the gift. Best Buy claims a technicality that because the TWO laptops were purchased in the same transaction, only ONE code can be provided. But it does not say that anywhere in the offer. The code comes free with the laptop, not with the transaction. It is no wonder they wait until after you leave the store to email the code - in hopes that you don't notice you have been short changed. This is utterly ridiculous and it was ludicrous of Best Buy's support to belabor their false narrative and state that the offer was not per laptop even though it clearly is a free item included with the laptop. Best Buy's sharp decline as a store and brand is only proven with ridiculous custom service like this. If someone is willing to buy TWO laptops from Best Buy, one would think they could make right such a small and simple issue, and yet they feel comfortable in their assumption that I will continue to be a customer.

    Had pc for over 7months I love it. Great if you’re a student or for work. Great processor but I wouldn’t want to push it to far with video games.
